Clinical Research On Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yin Soup Treating The Female Climacteric Hypertension

Objective: To explore a new therapeutic methods and clinical thinking for FemaleClimacteric Hypertension through the clinical curative effect observation about Shu GanQing Huo Yang Yin soup to treat the Female Climacteric Hypertension with Heart of theirascible, yin and blood deficiency. Methods: Sixty Patients of Female ClimactericHypertension were divided into curative group (30cases) and collating group (30cases) atrandom. The curative group was treated by Enalapril and Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yinsoup while the collating group was treated by Enalapril. Eight weeks was a course oftreatment. The changes of Clinical symptoms, physical sign, blood pressure, heart rate,blood fat, E2and so on were observed before and after treatment. Results: Compared withcollating group, curative group has obvious effect on the total mark of TCM symptoms,lowering the blood pressure, reducing TC, LDL, heart rate and improving the E2.Conclusion: Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yin soup can not only bring down the bloodpressure and blood fat but also improve climacteric symptom and regulate the level ofinternal sex hormone, which are clearer than the collating group (P<0.05). Shu Gan QingHuo Yang Yin soup is a group of effective prescription on treating Female ClimactericHypertension.
