Objective:Based on years of experience that my tutor has gained in treating cerebralposterior circulation insufficiency vertigo. To observe the therapeutic effect ofYiQiHuoXue decoction on the patients suffering from cerebral posterior circulationinsufficiency vertigo and explore the mechanism,so as to find new ideas and effectiveprescriptions. Methods:In this thesis,80patients with cerebral posterior circulationinsufficiency vertigo were randomly divided into thetreatment group(YiQiHuoXuedecoction–group,40cases)and control group(Flunarizine HCI(Sibelium)-group,40cases).Both were treated for3weeks,then being compared with their Symptoms, physicalsigns brain TCD and blood viscosity and Fb before and after treatment. Results:Thestatistic analysis revealed that the treatment group display total effective92.50%, while thecontrol group display total effective70.00%.Comparing the two groups, there is asignificant difference (P﹤0.01). In improving some symptoms, the treatment group is alsobetter than the control group(P﹤0.05).And the YiQiHuoXue decoction can effectivelyimprove the brain TCD indices and drop blood viscosity and Fb (P﹤0.05or P﹤0.01). And3-month follow-up,the improvement of the treatment group total curative effect is betterthan the control group(P﹤0.01).Conclusion: YiQiHuoXue decoction can effectivelyreduce the extent of cerebral posterior circulation insufficiency vertigo, and can improvesome symptoms, brain TCD indices, and can drop blood viscosity and Fb.And the forwardcurative effect is good. Our method is a reliable, valid prescription for cerebral posteriorcirculation insufficiency vertigo.
