The Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency Vertigo Through Wen Yang Vital

ObjectiveThis study in the review of ancient and modern Chinese and Western medicine literature combined with clinical experience, using the law of Wen Yang vital to treat the CCCI vertigo patients with clinical randomized controlled research, explore the Wen Yang vital law for the treatment of chronic brain vertigo possible mechanism of action and efficacy.MethodsIn this study,60 patients were from between November 2013-2014 November visit to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hot Institute of Integrative Medicine Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM, which meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion standard with chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo, The patients were divided into experimental and control groups with randomized controlled using simple methods. The control group received basic treatment, whereas the treatment group received basic treatment and dialectical election party treatment. Both groups were treated for 3 months, were recorded before treatment and after treatment, the severity of symptoms and signs of vertigo score sheet, Vertigo clinical symptom assessment scale, lipid changes, transcranial Doppler ultrasound, carotid artery ultrasound, etc. And recorded the adverse reactions may occur during treatment records at any time. As to the statistical methods, the measurement data using t test, count data, calculate proportions and rates were compared using chi-square test or calibration chi-square test(exact test), select the two-sided test, calculating constituent ratio and the test used to chi square test, α= 0.05.Results1. After statistical analysis, the two groups of patients are consistent witn general Iniormation inciuaing genaer, age, duration or disease, synarome distribution, Consolidated basis baseline disease before treatment, comparable.2. Statistics show the treatment group is precede than the control group in the improvement of Clinical symptoms after treatment, the difference has statistically significant; lipid changes.carotid artery blood flow velocity and transcranial Doppler ultrasound findings after the treatment compared with those before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant, and the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conelusions1. CCCI caused by frail and five internal organs virtual failure, the underlying pathogenesis of it is the Vital fire failure. Thus the general principle for the treatment is to keep Vital warm, by raising the vital to slowly stimulate Vital organs function and promote the yang and yin of five internal organs, so that give impetus to blood and body fluids running in the proper way and keep the yin and yang peace, then the dizziness can be stopped.2. By Wen yang Vital can promote the CCCI vertigo patients arterial blood flow velocity, improve cerebral circulation, and increase blood flow to correct ischemia and hypoxia of the brain.
