Clinical Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of "Kidney-tonify,Clear Blood And Promote Circulation" Combined With "Acetylcysteine Injection" In The Treatment Of Patients With Chronic Renal Insufficiency(CKD) Complicated With Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of "kidney-tonify,clear blood and promote circulation"combined with "acetylcysteine injection" in the treatment of patients with chronic renal insufficiency(CKD)complicated with cerebral infarction.To evaluate its clinical value and provide a basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency with cerebral infarction.Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic renal insufficiency complicated with cerebral infarction in the outpatient and inpatient department of nephrology and rehabilitation department of the second affiliated hospital of southern medical university from 2017.3-2020.3 were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group.To observe the clinical efficacy of kidney-tonify,clear blood and promote circulation and acetylcystine injection in the treatment of at least 60 patients with chronic renal insufficiency complicated with cerebral infarction from symptom scores,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,24h urinary protein quantification,eGFR.Based therapy,all patients in hospital since adopted in the control group,with 8 g(40ml)acetylcysteine injection was added to the concentration of 250 ml of 5%glucose solution,gave intravenous drip,once per day,the experimental method of combined use of kidney-tonify,clear blood and promote circulation(radix astragali,radix pseudostellariae,fried atractylodes,yam,etc)and acetylcysteine injection.The duration of treatment was one month,and urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,24-hour urine protein quantification and eGFR were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in symptom scores,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,24-hour urinary protein quantitative and eGFR observation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the symptom scores,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,urine protein quantification and eGFR of the experimental group were significantly decreased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is a feasible and effective method to treat chronic renal insufficiency complicated with cerebral infarction by "kidney-tonify,clear blood and promote circulation" combined with"acetylcysteine".It can protect renal function,delay the progression of renal injury,which has certain statistical significance.
