Observation On The Effect Of Hechang Ointment On Hypertension Of Yin Deficiency Yang Excess Syndrome With Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency

Objective By observing the effect of Hechang Ointment on the clinical symptoms,blood pressure,arteriosclerosis and cerebral blood supply related indexes of patients with yin deficiency yang excess syndrome of essential hypertension complicated with chronic cerebral insufficiency,explore the effect of Hechang Ointment on yin deficiency yang excess syndrome of essential hypertension with chronic cerebral insufficiency,Providing new ideas for the treatment of hypertension and chronic cerebral insufficiency.Methods 88 patients with grade 1 and grade 2 yin deficiency yang excess syndrome with primary hypertension and chronic cerebral insufficiency were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with Western medicine alone according to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China in 2010";the experimental group was given the same treatment as the control group but combined with Hechang Ointment,and the course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,TCM syndrome scores,hs-CRP,FIB,pulse pressure,VP and other indicators were observed before and after treatment,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results 1.Actually completed 88 cases,44 cases in the control group and the experimental group.The gender,age,disease course,TCM syndrome score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hs-CRP,FIB,pulse pressure,VP comparison before treatment.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The decrease of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of blood pressure in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The reduction and total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).4.After treatment,the hs-CRP of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the FIB of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the pulse pressure between the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).The reduction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).5.After treatment,VP-VA right,VP-BA,VP-ACA left,VP-MCA left,VP-PCA left,VP-PCA right in both groups and VP-VA left,VP-ACA right,VP-MCA right in experimental group were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01),VP-VA left and VP-ACA right in the control group were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).VP-MCA right in the control group was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).VP-BA,VP-ACA left,VP-ACA right,VP-MCA left,and VP-MCA rightin the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).VP-VA left,VP-VA right,VP-PCA left,and VP-PCA right elevation of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).6.There were no abnormalities in safety indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion 1.Hechang Ointment combined with western medicine has synergistic antihypertensive effect on patients with yin deficiency yang excess syndrome of essential hypertension and chronic cerebral insufficiency.2.Hechang Ointment combined with western medicine treatment can better improve the clinical symptoms of yin deficiency yang excess syndrome of essential hypertension combined with chronic cerebral insufficiency.3.Hechang Ointment combined with western medicine treatment can better reduce pulse pressure,hs-CRP,FIB level and increase VP level in patients with yin deficiency yang excess syndrome of essential hypertension and chronic cerebral insufficiency.Prompting it has a certain effect on improving arteriosclerosis and cerebral blood supply.4.Hechang Ointment is safe for clinical application and has no obvious side effects.
