Clinical Efficacy Study On Different Moxibustion On Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: this paper includes three moxibustions( warm acupuncture, ginger partition moxibustion and herbal cake separated moxibustion), which observed by comparing the three groups of knee osteoarthritis symptoms improvement, for preferring better moxibustion methods of the clinical treatment on knee osteoarthritis patients and to guide the clinical applicationMethods: all cases were randomly divided into 3 groups, warm acupuncture group, ginger partition moxibustion group and herbal cake separated moxibustion group. One time treatment for every other day, 5 times for 1 course, the therapeutic effects were evaluated after three courses.Results: each group of symptom scores comparing before and after treatment, warm acupuncture group P=0.000<0.01, ginger partition moxibustion group P=0.000<0.01. herbal cake separated moxibustion group P=0.000<0.01. It showed that three groups of symptom scores before and after the treatment have significant difference, three kinds of therapy on knee osteoarthritis plays a significant therapeutic effect. After three groups of symptom scores by covariance analysis. Through pairwise comparison, warming acupuncture group and herbal cake separated moxibustion group P=0.032<0.05, warming acupuncture group and septal ginger partition moxibustion group P=0.000<0.01, separated by herbal cake separated moxibustion group and septal ginger partition moxibustion group P=0.001<0.01, show that warm acupuncture therapy for knee osteoarthritis symptoms integral improvement is better than the other two therapy; therapy of herbal cake separated moxibustion to tiles for for the improving effect of knee osteoarthritis symptoms score was significantly better than that of the septal ginger moxibustion. Efficacy of the three groups by the Wilcoxon rank sum test, warming acupuncture group and herbal cake separated moxibustion group comparison. P=0.032<0.05 and warming acupuncture group, curative effect is obviously superior to every group of herbal cake separated moxibustion; warming acupuncture group and separated ginger partition moxibustion group comparison. P=0.000<0.01, temperature the curative effect in the acupuncture group was significantly better than the ginger partitioned moxibustion group; septal herbal cake separated moxibustion with ginger partitioned moxibustion group compared. P=0.031<0.05, septal herbal cake separated moxibustion curative effect is obviously superior to the septal ginger partition moxibustion group.Conclusion: warm acupuncture, ginger partition moxibustion and herbal cake separated moxibustion can effectively treat knee osteoarthritis, and the effect of warm acupuncture is the best between the three groups. The moxibustion of herbal medicine is relatively poor and the effect of moxibustion on ginger moxibustion is poorest.
