| Objects: By comparing the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by acupuncture in different hospitals of regions,this study verifies the clinical curative effect of each acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and clarifies the mechanism of the acupuncture therapy for knee osteoarthritis.What's more,this study compares all kinds of acupunctures from various angles and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment in order to provide better guidance and reference for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: Data from the following five hospitals,respectively is: 2 of Shanxi Province,the provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,1 of taiyuan municipal general hospital,1 of shanxi yuncheng municipal general hospital and1 of hunan hengyang municipal general hospital.the hospital name was replaced with Jia,Yi,Bing,Ding and Wu.Treatment options are:The treatment of Jia hospital: filiform needle acupuncture plus cupping,once every two days,a total of 15 times;The treatment of Yi hospital:fire needle acupuncture plus cupping,once every two days,a total of 15 times;The treatment of Bing hospital:filiform needle acupuncture plus TDP plus Chinese medicine external treatment,once every two days,a total of 15 times;The treatment of Ding hospital: warm acupuncture,once every two days,a total of 15 times;The treatment of Wu hospital:filiform needle acupuncture plus TDP,once every two days,a total of 15 times.The main points select Liangqiu,Xuehai,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,and the adjunct acupuncture points are Neixiyan,Waixiyan,Zusanli,Heding,Ashi points.Filtered into the object of study 147 cases(26 cases of male and 121 cases of female),28 cases of the Jia hospital(3 cases of male and 25 cases of female),30 cases of the Yi hospital(6 cases of male and 24 cases of female),29 cases of the Bing hospital(5 cases of male and 24 cases of female),31 cases of the Ding hospital(8 cases of male and 23 cases of female),29 cases of the Wu hospital(4 cases of male and 25 cases of female).When the time is before treatment,treatment for 10 days,treatment for 20 days and treatment for 30 days,we respectively record the WOMAC scores and VAS scores(including VAS function and VAS pain).At the same time before and treatment of venous sampling research object,in order to analyze the changes of the blood sedimention.Results: 1.After the acupuncture treatment of the five programs in the five hospitals,the WOMAC score and VAS score(including VAS pain and VAS function)of the research objects that there was significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).It means that compared the treatment of 10 days to before the treatment,compared the treatment of 20 days to he treatment of 10 days and compared the treatment of 30 days to he treatment of 20 days,the WOMAC score and VAS score(including VAS pain and VAS function)decreased and the decline of statistically significant differences(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).At the same time,the blood sedimentation of each research objects is significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)between pretherapy and post-treatment.2.Five hospitals of the five Acupuncture treatment when compared with each other,in the aspects of WOMAC score change scores between pretherapy and post-treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)between the treatment of Ding hospital and the treatment of the other four hospitals.In the aspects of the knee pain of VAS(VAS pain score)score and the knee joint function activity degree of VAS(VAS function score)score change scores between pretherapy and post-treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)between the treatment of Jia hospital and the treatment of the other four hospitals;In the aspects of blood sedimentation change scores between pretherapy and post-treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)between the treatment of Ding hospital and the treatment of the other four hospitals;And there was significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)between the treatment of Bing hospital and the treatment of the Yi hospital.3.The total effective rates are over 89% each of the treatments of the five hospitals.There are 28 cases object of study treated by the Jia hospital Acupuncture treatment,including the 1cases of cured,20 cases of markedly effective,4 cases of effective and 3cases of ineffective.The total effective rates of the Jia hospital Acupuncture treatment is 89.29%.There are 30 cases object of study treated by the Yi hospital Acupuncture treatment,including the 1cases of cured,21 cases of markedly effective,6 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective.The total effective rates of the Yi hospital Acupuncture treatment is 93.33%.There are 29 cases object of study treated by the Bing hospital Acupuncture treatment,including the 1cases of cured,16 cases of markedly effective,10 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective.The total effective rates of the Bing hospital Acupuncture treatment is 93.10%.There are 31 cases object of study treated by the Ding hospital Acupuncture treatment,including the 8cases of cured,22 cases of markedly effective and 1 cases of ineffective.The total effective rates of the Ding hospital Acupuncture treatment is 96.77%.There are 29 cases object of study treated by the Wu hospital Acupuncture treatment,including the 1cases of cured,17 cases of markedly effective,9 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective.The total effective rates of the Wu hospital Acupuncture treatment is 93.33%.Conclusions: 1.The study found that all of the five acupuncture and moxibustion treatments of the five hospitals can effectively reduce the knee osteoarthritis patients WOMAC score,VAS score(including VAS function and VAS pain)and blood sedimentation,to enhance the clinical effectiveness of patients with knee osteoarthritis,overall improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with knee osteoarthritis.2.The study found that during the period of the five acupuncture and moxibustion treatments of the five hospitals,the treatment curative effect and treatment time were positively correlated in a certain period of time(eg 30 days).3.In the process of comparing the five acupuncture and moxibustion treatments of the five hospitals,in terms of improve the WOMAC score,VAS score,blood sedimentation,there was statistically significant between the treatment of Ding hospital and the treatment of the other four hospitals,and the curative effect of the treatment of Ding hospital is more remarkable.4.The warm acupuncture scheme of the Ding hospital is better than other four hospitals treatment curative effect,it may associated with the special therapeutic effect of moxibustion itself has,under the condition of the same acupuncture,moxibustion better than other auxiliary therapy such as TDP lamp,cupping and adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,etc. |
