The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Zishenyigan Decoctionin Treating Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Of Peripheral Menopausal Syndrome

Objective：to observe the effect of ZiShenYiGan Decoction(ZSYGD)intreatingperipheral menopausal syndrome and to explore its mechanism．Method：52patients with PMS were divided into two groups at random：the testgrou（p26cases，treated with ZSYGD）and the control group（26cases，treated with Nvzhenparticle）．Before and after treatment，observe the improvement on the clinical symptoms，physical signs and determine the changes of E2，FSH，LH，AoA．The differences betweenthe two groups are observed．Result：The total clinically effective rate is92.3%in the test group and it is65.4%inthe control group．The difference between the two groups is significant（P＜0.05）.Thetotal effective rate of TCM syndrome is88.5%in the test group and it is73.1%in thecontrol group．The difference between the two groups is significant(P＜0.05）．After thetreatment，both the Kupperman points and the TCM symptom scores of the treat group andcontrol group are lowered．The differences are significant before and after treatment（P＜0.01）．The differences between the two groups are significant（P＜0.05）.After thetreatment，E2is raised (P＜0.01)and FSH，LH are lowered（P＜0.05）.Compared with thecontrol group，there are significant differences in all the observed indexes．The AoAnegative conversion ratio of the test group and control is raised.There are not significantdifferences in all the observed indexes(P＞0.05)．Conclusions: The decoction of ZiShenYiGan has extremely precisely therapeuticaleffect on PMS. It can effectively wipe out such peripheral menopause syndrome as hectic fever and sweating fret and wakefulness.The mechanism might be related to regulate thefunction of the Hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian Axis and improve the hormone level of theovary. It is an effective recipe in treating of peripheral menopause syndrome.
