The Clinical Study Of Xuanyu Tong Jing Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Menopause Syndrome(Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression)

Purpose: The clinical study select the traditional Chinese medicine Xuanyu Tong Jing Decoction with acupuncture to treat the kidney deficiency and liver depression of menopause syndrome,with the use of traditional Chinese medicine Xuanyu Tong Jing Decoction treatment as the control group,by means of statistical analysis of clinical outcomes,objective evaluation of its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: Strictly based on Chinese medicine,Western diagnostic criteria for the development of standards,according to the standard included in January 2016 to November 2016 in Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of gynecological outpatient diagnosis of menopause syndrome(kidney deficiency and liver depression type)patients,a total of 72 cases were observed,36 cases for a group,using the controlled test method,divided into experimental group,control group randomly,through rigorous scientific design,using the traditional Chinese medicine Xuanyu Tong Jing Decoction with acupuncture treatment for the experimental group,the traditional Chinese medicine Xuanyu Tong Jing Decoction treatment as a control,treat this disease for two courses continuously,comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy by scoring method,by the means of statistical analysis,provide guidance for clinical treatment of disease.Results: After the treatment,two groups of TCM score,the domestic improved Kupperman score,a single symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,the severity of the disease were significantly decreased,the difference was tatistically significant(P <0.05).Comprehensive efficacy judgment: The treatment group of 31 cases,8 cases were cured,markedly effective in 14 cases,effective in 8 cases,1 case was invalid,the totaleffective rate was 96.77%;32 cases in the control group,2 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,effective in 13 cases,6 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the combined effect of the treatment group was better than the control group;After treatment,the two groups of patients were improved in the single Chinese medicine symptoms before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Before and after treatment,in the hot sweat,irritability,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;Before and after treatment,serum LH,serum FSH were improved in both groups,The levels of LH and FSH were decreased in both groups,but the treatment group has advantages,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine Xuanyu Tong Jing Decoction with acupuncture on the menopause syndrome(kidney deficiency and liver depression type)have the exact effect,and it is safe;The total effective rate of Xuanyu Tong Jing Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment group was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group,In the onset of symptom relief time experimental group has an advantage,this topic can be further clinical research and promotion.
