Objective: To study the therapeutical effect of the decoction of Zi-Shen-Qing-Gan onperipheral menopause syndrome (PMS), and to explore its action mechanism.Methods: We selected60patients with PMS, observe the clinical symptoms’improvement after treatment detect the concentration of E2、FSH、LH、β-EP、IL-2、LPO、CT、PTH in the blood.Results: The clinical symptoms are significantly improved and the clinical totalefficiency is98.28%.The improvement of Kupperman scores is very significant (P<0.01).After treatment, the concentration of FSH, LH in the blood is lowered, while theconcentration of E2in the blood is raised (P<0.05). The concentration of β-EP、IL-2、CT is significantly evaluated after treatment (P<0.05),while the LPO、PTH are remarkablyreduced(P<0.05).Conclusions: The decoction of Zi-Shen-Qing-Gan has extremely preciselytherapeutical effect on PMS. It can effectively relieve hot flashes sweated,upsetirritability,insomnia,forgetful and other menopausal symptoms. Its action mechanism isthrough the overall adjustment of nerve endocrine disorder,enhance the body’s immunesystem and improve bone metabolic abnormalities To achieve therapeutic effect.
