The Clinical Study On The Effect Of BuShenZhiXian Decoction In Treating PeriPheral MenoPause Syndrome (PMS) And Neuroendocrine-Immune Network

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of BuShenZhiXian Decoction (BSZXD) in treating the deficiency of Kidney-Yin and Kidney-Yang of PMS and explore the mechanism of its effect on Neuroendocrine-Immune Network.Method:68 Patients with PMS were divided into two groups at random:the test group(34 cases,treated with BSZXD) and the control group(34 cases,treated with Jiarong tablets). Before and after treatment, observe the improvement on the clinical symptoms,physical signs and determine the changes of E2,FSH,LH,β-EP,NE,5-HT,IL-2.The differences between the two groups are observed.Result:The markedly clinically effective rate is 73.53% in the test group,and in the control group it is 35.30%;the total clinically effective rate is 94.12% in the test group and it is 76.47% in the control group. The difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.05);The markedly clinically effective rate of TCM is 79.41% in the test group,and in the control group it is 47.06%;the total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 94.12% in the test group and it is 79.41% in the control group. The difference between the two groups is significant(P < 0.05);After the treatment,both the Kupperman points and the TCM symptom scores of the treat group and control group are lowered.The differences are significant before and after treatment (P<0.01). The differences between the two groups are significant(P<0.05);After treatment, E2 is raised and FSH,LH are lowered(P<0.01),β-EP is elevated and NE,5-HT are reduced(P<0.01),IL-2 is raised(P<0.01),Compared with the control group, there are significant differences in all the observed indexes. Conclusion:The BuShenZhiXian Decoction has satisfactory therapeutic effect on the deficiency of Kidney-Yin and Kidney-Yang of PMS and it can regulate the function of the Neuroendocrine-Immune Network.The mechanism might be related to regulate the function of the Neuroendocrine-Immune Network and then improve the function of the Hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian Axis, regulate the function of neurotransmitter and immunotransmitter etc.
