Clinical Study On Frequency Of Electroacupuncture Nerve Root Type Spondylosis Treatment

Objective:to observe the different frequency of electric acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of clinical curative effect,Analyze different frequency electric acupuncture relieve the speed and degree of pain,and analyze the possible mechanism of the action,optimal frequency of electric acupuncture for the treatment of the disease. In clinical research work,provide standard and objective quantitative standard treatment,in order to get promotion and use in clinic.Methods:60 cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were included in our study,and seperated randomly into two groups, the control group (the high frequency control, including frequency of 100Hz),and the treatment group (the low frequency treatment group, including frequency of 2Hz),once a day,take ten days as one course of treatment,lasting only one course.The therapeutic effect,and symptoms score,as well as security were evaluated by observing the clinical symptom score,pain comprehensive score and the comprehensive curative effect score, as well as visual analogue score.Results:1. Two groups of patients before treatment to evaluate the age, course of balance and gender, the results show two groups of patients there were no significant differences in age and course length ratio, comparable (P> 0.05).2. Overall curative effect comparison:two groups of low frequency treatment group total effective rate was 80%, the high frequency control group total effective rate was 93%, comparing the two groups have statistical significance (p<0.05), prompt the high frequency control the overall efficacy of the low frequency treatment group is better, clinical control effect is better.3. Compare two groups of pain score results:PPI, PRI and VAS with two groups of patients before treatment (p>0.05), points were compared, the results the low frequency treatment group compared with the high frequency control, MPQ total integral no significant difference before treatment (p>0.05), degree of pain between the two groups, comparable.4. After treatment, after treatment were compared at low frequency and high frequency MPQ total integral in the control group and treatment group in the case of a change before treatment, the result shows:the two groups before and after treatment of PPI?PRI?and VAS (p=0.001<0.001), there was statistically significant difference between that whether including low frequency or high frequency electric acupuncture, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms.5. After treatment between the two way MPQ total integral comparison, found that PPI?VAS (p< 0.05), the PRI (p<0.001), high frequency electric acupuncture in symptom improvement aspect better curative effect in the low frequency low frequency electric acupuncture group, among them, the high frequency electric acupuncture group improved PRI, curative effect was better than low frequency electric acupuncture, a significant statistical significance.6. Patients symptoms improved score results comparison:symptom scores compare two groups before treatment, the low frequency treatment group compared with the high frequency control group before treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05); The two groups after treatment, two groups of symptoms improve the score, the rank and inspection(P<0.05), suggesting that low frequency electric acupuncture compared with high frequency electric acupuncture, high-frequency electric acupuncture has better effect to improve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Conclusion:Electric acupuncture can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs, on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,100 Hz curative group effect is more obvious.
