Purpose: Observed compared with Western standardized drug treatment, drug treatmentincreased standardization in Western medicine on the basis of whether the treatment can becontinued to further reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with coronaryheart disease and stable angina in patients with angina to improve the situation.Method: This test uses multi-center, prospective cohort study, divided into two queues, one for the Western exposure group queue, queue2is exposed group Integrative Medicine,Western exposure group100cases,200cases of Integrative Medicine exposed group, bothgroups Western standardization given drug treatment of angina pectoris, plus exposure groupIntegrative Medicine TCM treatment based on Western standardized medication on givingDan baskets or Yixinshu oral tablets. Treatment: continuous medication six months, and thencontinue up for6months, a total of1year. Fuxie interventions to reduce the occurrence ofcardiovascular events in patients with angina pectoris was the primary endpoint, aftercombined treatment of angina attacks, angina duration, angina pain, nitroglycerin stopped bythe improvement rate and electrocardiogram evaluation of its efficacy.Result: Groups in reducing cardiovascular events in patients with angina pectoris(prevention of myocardial infarction, sudden death, heart failure, etc.) the incidence of anginaattacks, angina duration, angina pain, nitroglycerin stopped by to improve the situation thanbefore treatment were significant differences (P <0.05), and Integrative Medicine exposedgroup was significantly better than the exposed group (P <0.05). Both groups were able tosignificantly improve the quality of life of patients, and Integrative Medicine exposed groupthan the exposed group (P <0.05). ECG in both groups than before treatment weresignificantly different (P <0.05), the two groups can improve the situation electrocardiogramand Integrative Medicine exposed group was significantly better than the exposed group (P<0.05). Two groups of patients before and after treatment to monitor the safety indicatorsshowed no abnormalities during treatment and no serious adverse events. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine stable angina pectoris of coronary heart diseasecompared to purely Western standardized drug treatment, clinical efficacy, significantlyimprove safety, and reduce myocardial infarction, sudden death, heart failure and other cardiovascular events, reduce the number of angina attacks, improve angina symptoms, enhance endurance and improve the quality of life activities. Integrative Medicine stableangina has obvious advantages.
