Combine Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of 70 Cases Of Coronary Heart Disease Unstable Angina Clinical Summary

Purpose:Based on the activity of unstable angina pectoris of coronary arterydisease patients were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data ofinvestigation， exploring the the characteristics of TCM diagnosis andtreatment，and summary the efficacy of Integrative Medicine Clinical for thisdisease，hoping to improve the understanding and treatment of this disease acertain level of help。Methods:we collected140patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronaryartery disease in our hospital from2010.5to2010.12，according to the treatment，we divided the140cases patients into Integrative Medicine treatmentgroup(n=70)and western medicine treatment group(n=70)，use SPSS13.0tocompare the efficacy of two group’s angina symptoms,ECG and the symptoms of TCM，and the efficacy of the issue bank.summary the situation of Integrative Medicineand characteristics of the symptoms of TCM。Results：1.General information:140cases of UA patients，male58，female82cases，maleto female ratio was0.71：1；onset age of48to83years(mean age69.63±9.51years)，the course of disease of7to30days(mean course12.47±2.15days)。these patients merger hypertension are83cases,account for59.3%，merger DMare74cases，account for52.9%，merger Dyslipidemia are30cases，account for21.4%，merger cerebral infarction are10cases，account for7%。2.The syndrome of TCM: Qi deficiency and blood stasis are58cases，account for41.4%；Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are41cases，account for29.3%；phlegm syndrome are28cases，account for20%;blood stasis syndrome are13cases，account for9.3%。3.The situation of Chinese Medicine：proprietary Chinese medicine treatmentwith Shuxuening-injection，shengmai-injection，plaster for angina，and the mainChinese medicine treatment to Yiqi，activating blood，yang yin as the main governance law。4.The situation of Western Medicine：proprietary Western medicine treatmentwith Antithrombotic medicine，Nitrates and β-blockers。5.Efficacy：The group of Integrative Medicine have better effect than group ofWestern Medicine on angina symptoms，ECG and the symptoms of TCM，the ChineseMedicine treatment to YiQi-activating blood have better effect than the othertreatments on angina symptoms。Conclusion：1.The group of Integrative Medicine have better effect than group of WesternMedicine on angina symptoms,ECG and the symptoms of TCM。2.The Chinese Medicine treatment to YiQi-activating blood have better effectthan the other treatments on angina symptoms。...
