To Explore The Advantages Of Combined Use Of Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Stable Angina

Objective:To provide a clinical basis for the clinical efficacy of combined use of Panax pseudo-ginseng and nitroglycerin in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris.Methods:Selected from January 2015 to January 2017 visit Yanbian University Hospital outpatient and hospital treatment in 60 cases,not only in line with Western medicine for patients with stable angina pectoris diagnosis requirements,but also can use traditional Chinese medicine for dialectical treatment.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group per the doctor,each group of 30 cases.Age and gender were not significantly different(P>0.05),physiological status is basically the same.The treatment group was treated with Panax pseudo-ginseng(3g each time,twice daily)and nitroglycerin(0.5mg,if necessary,sublingual).The control group was given nitroglycerin alone(0.5mg,if necessary,sublingual).20 days for a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the changes of the main syndromes of the two groups were analyzed,the changes of angina pectoris,the rate of nitroglycerin stopping,the changes of TCM symptoms and electrocardiogram were observed,and the safety indexes such as liver and kidney function were observed.Results:1.Comparison of onset time of angina pectoris:The duration of continuous onset of colic in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Nitroglycerin rate of reduction of the situation:after treatment,the treatment group,the reduction rate of patients was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,statistically significant differences.Indicating that the use of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was not dependent on the control group.3.Changes of liver and kidney function:the treatment group and the control group after treatment without liver and kidney function test abnormal performance,which shows that the treatment program without serious side effects and adverse reactions.Conclusion:Panax pseudo-ginseng combined with nitroglycerin for the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris,has significant effect in improving the duration of angina pectoris and angina pectoris symptoms,nitroglycerin reduction rate and other aspects,while improving the efficacy of clinical symptoms and other effects are greater than the individual application Nitroglycerin treatment of the control group.
