| Objectives:Stable angina pectoris is also known as stable exertional angina,which is on the basis of coronary artery fixity severe stenosis,Caused by cardiac load increase myocardial dramatic clinical syndrome of brief ischemia and hypoxia.The disease incidence is higher and often accompanied by other risk factors.Affectting the patients quality of life,this subject mainly through the study of liver qi.Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis party 24 hours of the onset in patients with coronary heart disease stable angina frequency,duration,reduce time,electrocardiogram and the influence of dynamic electrocardiogram ST–T change,The clinical curative effect of observation of liver qi,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis party,explore the liver qi,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to improve the mechanism of action of angina pectoris.Methods: Putting the 60 patients in our hospital which included in the standard randomly divided into treatment group and control group for clinical observation,Two groups of patients have no significant statistical difference in such aspects,including the cases of origin,age,gender,duration,and degree of illness weight,both are comparable.The treatment group:.Respectively in isosorbide dinitrate(isosorbide nitrate ester)10 mg each time,3 times a day,at the same time,combined with traditional Chinese medicine liver and qi,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,a daily dose,decoctting juice 400 ml water,oralling twice in the morning and evening,syndrome differentiation and treatment medication adjustment.The control group: Isosorbide dinitrate(isosorbide nitrate ester)10 mg each time,3 times a day.Two groups of patients were adjusted to disease treatment,such as angina pectoris attack to nitroglycerin to alleviate symptoms,patients with infection to antibiotic therapy,etc.2 weeks for 1 course of treatment,treatment after 1 2 days off,then 2 period of treatment,two courses of treatment,the total effective rate were observed before and after treatment,angina relief time,ecg ST segment down on the number of lead,lead electrocardiogram of flat or inverted T wave,24 hours angina frequency,angina time 24 hours a day.Results:1 The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group,while the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group,difference has statistical significance(P <0.05).2 After treatment compared with before treatment,two groups of angina relief time were significantly reduced;Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group,both have significant difference(P <0.05).3 After treatment than before treatment,two groups of ecg ST segment down on the number of lead are significantly lower after treatment between groups,the treatment group than the control group fell more obvious,statistically significant difference(P <0.05).4 After treatment compared with before treatment,two groups of electrocardiogram flat or inverted T wave were significantly reduce the number of lead,the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group than the control group decreased more significantly,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).5 24 hours after treatment,two groups of angina frequency were significantly lower,and the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,both has the significant difference(P <0.05).6 After treatment compared with before treatment,two groups of 24 hours of angina pectoris attack time were significantly lower,and the comparison between groups,the treatment group than the control group to reduce the more obvious,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).7 The two groups before and after treatment did not produce obvious side effects.Conclusion:1 Liver qi promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is an effective formula to treat coronary heart disease stable angina,patients with Chinese medicine dialectical of qi and blood stasis type curative effect significantly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2 Liver qi promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis can significantly reduce angina frequency and duration,improve patients ecg findings.And his own with conventional western medicine therapy is pure western medicine treatment effect is obvious,and non-toxic side effects.3 This study provides a new treatment for improving the quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris coronary heart disease,also offers a new way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of stable angina. |
