Summary Of Professor Yang Lihua’s Medication Characteristics In The Treatment Of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease (Stable Angina Pectoris) Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system software(V2.5),to analysis the medication and prescription rules of Professor Yang Lihua in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(stable angina pectoris).Methods: The 302 clinical dates of patients with the disease treated by Professor Yang Lihua in The Affiliated Hospital to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were collected.The dates were inputted into TCMISS(V2.5)and were analyzed by some the date mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules and complex system entropy clustering in the software.Then the laws on medication rule treating the disease were analysised.Results: There are 6 pattern types in the 302 cases,which are pattern of dual vacuity of qi and yin,pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis,pattern of phlegm tuibidty block,pattern of phlegm tuibidty block and blood stasis,pattern of heart-kidney yang vacuity and pattern of heart-kidney yin vacuity。The results include 62 herbs commonly used drugs,233 herbal combinations,237 association rules of herbs,92 core herbal combination and 46 new herbal combinations.And 15 herbal combinations could be applied in clinical practice.Conclusion: Professor Yang Lihua pays attention to pathological of blood stasis,phlegm tuibidty and qi stagnation.Moreover,she lays emphasis on safeguarding yin.Besides,she attach iomportance to fortifing spleen and kidney and to determining the root.The prescriptions with significant clinical effect are worthy of popularizationan and mutual learning.
