| How to cure chronic angina pectoris with Chinese medicine and integration of traditional and western medicine has gradually become a popular focus.It has been proved that Chinese medicine has some advantages at the aspects of prevent and cure chronic angina pectoris with Chinese medicine according to experimental research and clinical research for many years.But when it comes to the age of evidence medicine,there is no enough credible research evidence of curative effect of integration of traditional and western medicine cure chronic angina pectoris.The lack of evidence medicine is the one of the factors which affects evidence medicine is the one of the factors of affect evidence level.Consequently,to make a research of chronic angina pectoris helps improve curative effect and supply credible standard of integration of traditional and western medicine cure chronic angina pectoris.Objective:This study is to observe the effect of integration of traditiona and western medicin therapy of coronary angina pectoris based on evidence medicine.On purpose of improving prognosis,decreasing the morbility hospitalization rate and mortality of acute heart accident.Method:The objects of research are 60 chronic angina pectoris patients who have been examined by the Dongfang Hospital.This is a single-blind,random,matched control trial.The groups separately were western medicine group which could get suitable treatement according to CSA diagnoses and treatment enchiridion and integration of traditional and western medicine group which properly added Composite Danshen tablet,Composite Ligustrazine capsule,shenshao Pian and Xuezhikang on the base of western medicine group.One courses of treatment which lasted for 4 months were undergone.During the coursed of treatment,the following were observed:patients of the treatment group and the control group are different in the aspects of the morbility,hospitalization rate and mortality of acute heart accident;clinical symptoms of angina,nitro-glycerine stopped or decreased percentage,ECG reading,blood lipid and Chinese medical symptoms.Results:The morbility,hospitalization rate and mortality of acute heart accident:The hospitalization rate of treatment group shown 3.33%,the hospitalization rate of Control group shown 6.67%,their differences had no statistical significance.Two groups both have no the morbility and mortality of acute heart accident.Clinical symptoms of angina curative effect:Treatment group shown 90%,Control group shown 66.67%,and Treatment group was better than Control group,their differences had statistical significance.Nitro-glycerine stopper or decreased percentage curative effect:Treatment group shown 66.67%,Control group shown 53.37%,their differences had no statistical significance.ECG curative effect:The ECG curative effect of the two groups separately shown 63.33%and 50%,their differences had no statistical significance.Lipid and lipoprotein after treatment:Comparing pretreatment with post-treatment,the total cholesterol,LDL and the TG of both Treatment group and Control group decreased,the HDL stepped-up.Treatment group was better than Control group in decreasing the total cholesterol and LDL,their differences had statistical significance. Chincese medical symptoms curative effect:Treatment group shown96.67,Control group shown 60%,and Treatment group was better than Control group,their differences had statistical significance.Conclusions:1.Because of the lack of time,the differences of the morbility,hospitalization rate and mortality of acute heart accident had no statistical significance between treatment group and Control group.2.Composite Dsanshen tablet,Composite Ligustrazine capsule,Shenshao Pian nitro-glycerine usage,improve Chinese medical symptoms.They are effective and safe in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of the Qi deficiency plus phlegm and blood static class.It has been proved that integration of traditional and western medicine group may be better than pure western medicine group. |
