| Purpose: Qi stagnation type shingles treatment using traditional cupping method, intheory, based on the application of this method by subtraction clinical efficacy, and comparethe differences between the two groups were statistically analyzed to verify this method forthe treatment of herpes zoster blood stasis type of clinical efficacy and safety, and to furtherexplore the mechanism of cupping treatment of herpes zoster.Method: The blood stasis type of herpes zoster60patients were randomly divided intotwo groups, the treatment group and the control group (30cases). Treatment group, givenXFZYC Treatment with cupping, day1,5times for a course of treatment. Three consecutivecourses; control group given XFZYC orally,6,2times a day, after meals orally,10Tianyitreatment, the time for three courses.Results: the clinical observation showed that, the treatment group12cases were cured(40%),9cases (30%), effective in4cases (13.3%), invalid5cases (16.7%),the total efficiencyof83.3%; control group5cases were cured (16.7%),7cases(23.3%), effective in8cases(26.7%), invalid10cases (33.3%), the total efficiency is66.7%. Through statistical analysis, P<0.05, two group has difference, fullyconfirmed the effect of tapping and cupping treating qistagnation and blood stasis type of herpes zoster significantly, significantly better than theXuefu Zhuyu Capsule group.Conclusion: The clinical research discover that cupping treatment of phlegm and bloodtype of acne is indeed effective, relatively small, and adverse reactions in the treatment iseasily accepted. |
