| Purpose: Through the clinical observation,pay a return visit to compare clinical cases treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety about the mixture of yueying decoction and siwuzeiguyiluru pill add-minus treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis heat syndrome menorrhagia caused by uterine fibroids,and provide effective treatment for the desease.Method: According to the screening criteria,Select 60 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis heat syndrome menorrhagia caused by uterine fibroids from expert outpatient service of department of gynaecology,all of the patients were randomized controlled therapy.the experimental group for yue si mixture add-minus treatment,and the control group to give bai bai capsule,15 days for a period of treatment,every month in 5 days before menstruation and continue dosing 3 period of treatment.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and adverse reactions.Result: Curative effect of regulation menstruation:the total effective power of experimental group was higher than that of control group,this difference was not statistically significant(p=0.088>0.05).The curative effect of experimental group with different condition was better than that of control group,for patients with moderate and severe illness,the difference of curative effect was statistically significant(p<0.05).TCM symptoms integral ratio curative effect:the total effective power of experimental group was higher than that of control group,this difference was not statistically significant(p=0.475>0.05).The TCM symptoms integral ratio curative effect of experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference of patients with moderate illness was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: The yue si mixture is effective and safe to treat the qi deficiency and blood stasis heat syndrome menorrhagia caused by uterine fibroids,no bad reaction occurs during use. |
