Observation Of Curative Effect Of Huayuxiaozheng Decoction For Proximal Tubal Occlusion Infertility Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Statis Syndrome After Palace Of Laparoscopic Surgery

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effects of the Hua Yu Xiao Zheng decoction for proximal fallopian tube obstruction infertility patients syndrome of qi stagnation and bl ood statis by palace of laparoscopic surgery.MethodsChoose the object of the research in accordance with the standard 60 cases,rando mly divided into two groups:30 cases in the treatment group,threated for 3 period o f treatment of the Hua YuXiaoZheng decoction after the surgery;30 cases in the contro 1 group,threated for 3 period of treatment of the XueFuZhuYu decoction after the sur gery.Observe the TCM syndrome and tubal patency of the not pregnant half year after the therapy and the pregnancy rate.Evaluate preliminarily theclinical effect of the Hua YuXiaoZheng decoction.Results1.The TCM syndrome and the integral comparison:the TCM symptom curative eff ect of in treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%and it was 80.00%in the c ontrol group;There were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),and comp are the TCM syndrome integral,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),show the therapeutic effect of TCM of the treatment group is better than the control group.2.The patency of the fallopian tube:6 months after the treatment,the no pregnants reinspect the tubal whether unobstructed:the treatment group of tubal patency was 82.35%,and the control group was 68.42%,There were not significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The readhesion rate in treatment group was 10.00%,and in contr of group was 40.00%.There were not significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).3.Pregancy:Half year after the treatment,in the treatment group there were 13 case s of total pregancy,intrauterine pregnancy 13 cases,and the total pregnancy rate is 43.33%,intrauterine pregnancy rate 43.33%;there were 11 cases of pregnancy in the cont rol group,intrauterine pregnancy 10 cases,ectopic pregancy 1 case.the total pregancy rat e was 36.67%,intrauterine pregancy rate was 33.33%.Comprise the two groups of the pregancy rate and intrauterine pregancy rate in half year after treatment respectively,t here were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).There were no differ ence between two groups of ectopic pregancy rate(P>0.05).4.In the clinical treatment of patients in the two groups were no obvious adverse reaction.ConclusionProximal tubal obstructin infertility with qi stagnation and blood statis after palace of laparoscopic surgery,the taking of Hua YuXiaoZheng decoction of Chinese traditiona 1 medicine can improve clinical symdrom,and better than XueFuZhuYu decoction;and t here are some effect in improving the patency of tubal and the pregnancy rate.
