TCM Based On The Literature Of Posterior Circulation Ischemia (Vertebra Basilar Insufficiency VBI) Vertigo Law Of Combination Of Factors

Objective: based on the research literature,analysis of the distribution of posterior circulation ischemia(vertebra basilar insufficiency VBI) vertigo syndrome elements, combined laws,common syndrome types, the symptoms of frequency distribution,the distribution regularity of syndrome,to provide theoretical foundation for the next step of posterior circulation ischemia(VBI) vertigo large-scale syndrome standardization study.Methods: Using computer and manual search,we collected the textbooks and Related literatures of posterior circulation ischemia(vertebra basilar insufficiency VBI) vertigo Within the period stipulated,data after normalization we use the methods of frequency analysis and Binary Logistic regression analysis to describe the distribution of posterior circulation ischemia(vertebra basilar insufficiency VBI) vertigo syndrome elements, combined laws,common syndrome types, the symptoms of frequency distribution,the distribution regularity of syndrome in SPSS19.0.Results: 1.Collecting qualified with 66 references, based on the description of syndrome type in each literature as a record, we have 349 records at last. 2.descriptive statistics suggest: based on the cause of disease and pathogenesis of posterior circulation ischemia(vertebra basilar insufficiency VBI) vertigo to extract Syndrome Proof prime factors 19,Disease resistance/ cause of disease is 14(phlegm,Blood stasis, Yin deficiency, Yang hyperactivity, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, Essence deficiency, blood deficiency, Fiery, qi stagnation, Emotions, wind, Breath extinct, Blood inverse);syndrome elements of disease location is 5(Liver,Spleen and stomach,Brain, kidney, collaterals).In contrast that the constituent ratio of phlegm,Blood stasis, Yin deficiency, Yang hyperactivity and qi deficiency is higher than the other 9,the constituent ratio of the 5 is 79.03%;the constituent ratio of Liver,Spleen and stomach,Brain is higher than kidney and collaterals, the constituent ratio date is 76.11%.3.descriptive statistics suggest: Based on the literature,the sum of posterior circulation ischemia(vertebra basilar insufficiency VBI) vertigo syndrome types is 27, Among the 27 syndrome types, there are 9 common syndrome types, the Sequence of the 9 common syndrome types is Phlegm turbidity of resistance, the resistance to the essence of liver Yang, blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding, deficiency of kidney essence, liver Yin deficiency, deficiency of zhong qi, liver and kidney deficiency, deficiency of qi and blood. the other 18 syndrome types are Yin hand qi deficiency, qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, qi and Yin deficiency, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, kidney Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency with internal fiery, liver qi suppressed generate fiery, Xu feng move In the body, Yin deficiency and blood stasis, liver depression and qi stagnation, liver Yang inclusion phlegm, liver qi deficiency, qi and blood closed resistance, liver depression and phlegm heat, blood deficiency and stasis, liver fiery and blood stasis, wind phlegm and blood stasis resistance,there rate of recurrence are less than 5%. 4.The syndromes frequency distribution of 9 common syndrome types; 5. In order to get contribution of the syndromes to diagnose syndrome types, we analyzed the 56 common syndromes which selected form 9 common symptom types with the Binary classification logistic analysis method. With the same analysis method,the results show that the common symptoms of the resistance to the essence of liver Yang, liver Yin deficiency,deficiency of qi and blood have diagnostic significance to there syndrome types.Conclusion: 1.The common syndrome elements of posterior circulation ischemia(vertebra basilar insufficiency VBI) vertigo are phlegm,Blood stasis, Yin deficiency, Yang hyperactivity, qi deficiency, Liver,Spleen and stomach and Brain. 2.The rate of recurrence of 9 common syndrome types in turn are Phlegm turbidity of resistance, the resistance to the essence of liver Yang, blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding, deficiency of kidney essence, liver Yin deficiency, deficiency of zhong qi, liver and kidney deficiency, deficiency of qi and blood.
