Observation Of Flavored Ephedra Monkshood Asarum Decoction In Clinical Curative Effect Of Bradycardiac Arrhythmia

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored ephedra monkshood asarum decoction treat bradycardiac arrhythmia (palpitations type of heart-kidney yang deficiency),clear its curative effect.Methods:40 cases of bradycardiac arrhythmia (sinus bradycar-dia, sick sinus syndrome, â…¡ degrees â…  type atrioventricular block) using Flavored ephedra monkshood asarum decoction for a month.Holter changes of the patients were observed before and after treatment, and record symptoms in patients with signs of change.Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical data analysis, evaluation results.Results:1. The heart rate changes:24 h holter patients before and after the treatment of the average heart rate, lowest heart rate and total heart rate are improved.â‘  The average heart rate:sinus bradycardia compared with sick sinus syndrome before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);The average heart rate of â…¡ degrees â…  type atrioventricular block before and after treatment was no statistically significant difference, P= 0.10 (P>0.05).â‘¡The lowest heart rate:sinus bradycardia compared with sick sinus syndrome before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The lowest heart rate of II degrees I type atrioventricular block before and after treatment was no statistically significant difference, P=0.09>0.05,â‘¢Total heart rate:after the treatment the total number of 24h cardiac between sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome and atrioventricular block was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.The improvement of TCM symptoms:Comparison before and after treatment in patients with heart palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, pale single symptom integral, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Comparison before and after treatment in patients with total symptom integral, statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Flavored ephedra monkshood asarum decoction can adjust the heart rate.Improve the average heart rate and the mini-mum heart rate in sinus bradycardia and sick sinus syndrome,Enhance the total number of cardiac 24 hours in sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome and â…¡ degrees â…  type atrioventricular block;2.Flavored ephedra monkshood asarum decoction can significantly improve the total symptom integral of patients with bradycardiac arrhythmia (palpitations type of heart-kidney yang deficiency),and improve single symptom integral of chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue and pale.
