| Objective: The clinical effect of warming kidney and nourishing heart decoction on the slow arrhythmia of heart kidney yang deficiency type was observed on the basis of the theory of Professor Guo Wenqin,a national traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: During the period of 2016.6-2017.12,60 cases of Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital(Nangang branch)were diagnosed as slow arrhythmia patients in the two Department of internal medicine-cardiovascular.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the outpatient clinic order,30 cases in the treatment group(Warm kidney nourishing heart decoction group)and 30 cases of the control group(Shen Xian Sheng mai oral liquid group),The two group after the washout period after clinical observation,the treatment time was 4 weeks.The scores of TCM syndrome,24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram,resting heart rate,electrocardiogram changes and general safety indexes in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: 1.Electrocardiogram:(1)resting heart rate(standard ECG): the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,with a significant difference P<0.05.(2)24 hours ambulatory electrocardiogram(DCG): all indexes were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Electrocardiogram diagnosis: according to the objective analysis of the electrocardiogram index,the treatment group was compared with the control group,P < 0.05,indicating that the recovery of the electrocardiogram in the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The total curative effect of TCM symptoms: the group of warming kidney and nourishing heart decoction and Shengxian Shengmai oral liquid group all can improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.67%,the control group is 80.88%,and the improvement of the single symptom is P < 0.05 after statistical analysis,indicating that the improvement of the clinical symptom in the treatment group is obviously superior to the control group.4.General safety index: before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure,liver and kidney function,blood routine and two routine test between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Warming kidney and nourishing heart decoction can significantly improve patients' clinical symptoms with slow arrhythmia and heart kidney yang deficiency.2.Warming kidney and nourishing heart decoction can significantly increase the total heart rate and average heart rate,the fastest heart rate and the slowest heart rhythm of patients with bradyarrhythmia in 24 hours. |
