Overview:Chronic inflammation of chronic cholecystitis is gallbladder lesions,a recurrent clinical characteristics of a chronic ductility change, characterized by recurrent episodes of right upper quadrant or upper abdominal pain, shoulder to the left and right shoulder,or accompanied by nausea, vomiting and fever, occasionak Murphy sign is positive,25%of patients can appear icteric, often tue to factors such as diet immodesty, mood swings, fatigue induced.Although there is no "chronic cholecystitis" of traditional Chinese medicine of disease, but according to the main clinical symptoms of chronic cholecystitis, such as side rib pain, abdominal distention, poor appetite, bitter mouth, summarized the dry throat, etc, can be classified as "threats","up" and other diseases.High incidence of chronic cholecystitis, although condition is relatively stable,if without interference, also can produce adverse prognosis. With the development of the society, the change of lifestyle and diet structure,CC patients more and more.Although western medicine for the disease diagnosis is clear, but the treatment effect is not exact, the Chinese medicine understanding of CC pathogenesis and evolution law of TCM,curative effect is remarkable. Objective:Through analyzing the clinical features of CC and ancient literature, exploring the main pathogenesis and evolution law of CC,this study aims to verify and evaluate the treatment of CC by using Traditional Chinese Medicine.Research methods:we collect the cases which are diagnosed and treated by our tutor at gastroenterology clinic of Guanganmen Hospital Department between2009 to 2015.And select 30 cases with CC in hepatogastric swelter type and made observation on treating effect according to main symptoms of hypochondriac pain, abdominal distention, poor appetite, bitter taste, mouth stick, nausea, vomiting, loose stool, and dry stool.Medicine were given 3 times a day half an hour after a meal, decocted in water for oral dose, each time for 200ml,and were asked to avoid spicy food, thick and greast food like meat, milk, eggs, seafood, etc.Filled the observation tables before treatment,1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. The effect of the treatment was valued by symptom score. Results:By comparing the data before and after the treatment, found that after 1,2 and 4 weeks after HuoPoXiaLing decoction treatment, the general effective rates are respectively 53.33%,90.00%and 96.67%.The statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences among the effective rates after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment. After 4 weeks of therapy, effective rates in character of hypochondriac pain is 100.00%,95.65%in abdominal distention,100.00%in poor appetite,92.31%in bitter taste or mouth stick,82.35%in nausea or vomiting,81.82%in loose stool, and 92.30%in dry stool. All the symptoms were significantly improved after 4 weeks' treatment.Conclusion:1.Obstruction caused by damp and heat is one of the main pathogenesis of CC.2.The treatment has achieved the desired result by grasping of the main pathogenesis, evolution law and using HuoPoXiaLing decoction. The overall cure rate of the treatment has achieved 23.33%,the obvious effective rate was 54.54%,the effective rate was 13.33%,the ineffective rate was 3.33%.3.The effective rates for symptoms of hypochondriac pain, abdominal distention, poor appetite, bitter taste or mouth stick, loose stool, and dry stool were increased obviously in the early phase. The effective rates for nausea or vomiting were improved progressively with extension of treatment course.
