| Objective:To observe the change of the size of stone and the change of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment of patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis with damp heat and dampness typeMethods:will meet the inclusion criteria of 42 patients according to the sequence number,before and after treatment using the self controlled study,to Jinshi Zhitong prescription decoction,2 times/day,morning and evening meals 30min orally for 6 weeks.After treatment,the indexes were observed before and after treatment,in the analysis and statistics.Results:1.The Jinshi Zhitong prescription decoction treatment,stone size changes efficiency comparative analysis of numerical value of the stone diameter before and after 57.89%.treatment,do not accord with normal distribution,the statistical two related samples nonparametric test analysis,Z=-4.124,P<0.01,can be thought of before and after the treatment of stone diameter have significant numerical differences,with statistical significance.2.the effective rate of clinical symptoms of TCM syndrome was 94.74%.by statistical paired sample t test analysis,t=20.399,P<0.01,there was significant difference between TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,with statistical significance3.after treatment,the effective rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 86.84%.by the statistical analysis of the correlation between the two groups of samples non parametric test,Z=-5.298,P<0.01,before and after treatment,there was a significant difference in color Doppler ultrasound,with statistical significanceConclusions:1 Jinshi Zhitong prescription decoction has a significant effect on improving the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis2 sJinshi Zhitong prescription decoction can improve the color Doppler imaging in patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis3 Jinshi Zhitong prescription has a certain therapeutic effect of gallbladder stones... |
