Comparison Of Three Treatments For Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae Of Pelvic Pain Effect

Objective:This paper uses low-frequency and microwave methods and treatment of rectal blood stasis type of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain,with clinical symptoms and relapse rates improve the situation, to which aspects of Medicine find a way to improve chronic pelvic pain symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate of new CPP program to improve the clinical efficacy and cure rate, provide the basis for a wide range of clinical applications.Methods:The topic chosen for the standard of 120 patients were randomly divided into four groups, enema, enema IF group, microwave group and enema enema IF microwave groups of 30 cases, treatment for three weeks, was observed before and after treatment 120 patients on syndromes and VAS scores aspect of the case.Result:Enema, the enema IF clinical group, microwave group and enema, enema IF microwave group total effective rate were 76.7%,90%,83.3%and 96.7%. Among the four groups Ridit analysis by comparison, the intermediate frequency microwave enema group than in the other groups significantly improved the conclusions; four groups of patients after treatment decreased VAS integration, single factor ANOVA (One-Way ANOVA) test, P<0.05, with statistical significance, that the intermediate frequency microwave enema group than other groups to reduce the extent of pelvic pain, better improvement in pain; by using paired T-test within four patients before treatment and after scores were compared syndromes, too with a significant difference between the groups inside. Four groups of patients were reduced after treatment in terms of symptom scores and microwave sausage IF group the largest decline, indicating that the intermediate frequency microwave enema group TCM symptoms improve the most advantageous terms.Conclusion:In the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain, as opposed to simple enema, enema IF group and enema microwave group, enema IF microwave could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and effective, it is worth promoting.
