Clinical Study On Sequelae Of PID Chronic Pelvic Pain Treated By Xingqihuayu Recipe With Enema

Objective： To explore the effect,safety and the preliminary mechanism ofXingqihuayu Fang (XQHYF)with enema treating sequelae of PID chronic pelvic pain,providing the scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: We selected60patients who were divided into treatment group(30cases,tieayed with XQHYF with enema)and control group(30cases,treated with FKJJN)and observed the improvements of symptoms signs,the signs of hemorrheology,immunoglobulin, VAS,HAMA,HAMD, and the safety of patients treated with XQHYFwith enema were compared to patients treated with FKJJN after two courses oftreatment(One course is14days).0bserve the patient’s side effect to medicine and measurethe patients’blood,urinary and routine routine test,liver and kidney function,ECG,ALT,Crand BUN at before and after treatment respectively.Result: The two group’s total effective rates are93.33％and83.33％,with nodifference between them (P<0.05). The effective rates of treatment group’s symptoms andcontrol group’s are93.33％,76.67％,with no difference between them (P<0.05).Theeffective rates of signs are90.00％,63.33％,with no difference between them (P<0.05).After treatment, there was no difference of HAMAand it has significant difference ofHAMD. The VAS was decreased obviously.All of the30patients’blood,urinary and routinestool test,rliver and kidney function, ECG,ALT,Cr and BUN of treatment group had noabnormal and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusions: XQHYF is possessed of the function of promoting qi and activatingblood,removing painand shuganjieyu,which is used for treated sequelae of PID with enema.It can improve VAS,the anxiety and depression state,and can improve the clinicaleffect,which is safe in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
