Objective:In this study, with a randomized controlled clinical research methods and several analytical methods of mathematical statistics, basing on conventional treatment and care, compared the care effect of mild moxibustion, microwave therapy and mild moxibustion combining microwave therapy on blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, summarizing the best care methods to improve the quality of care. Methods:In this study, we taked the use of a convenience sample of research methods chosen to 120 patients from the gynecology inpatient hospitalization in our hospital between April 2014 to March 2015, as this research study.According to the principles of random and control, with the order of hospitalized patients,120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into Control Group, Test Group A, Test Group B, Test Group C, each contained 30 cases. On the basis of convenience treatment and care of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, Control Group was not given to other nursing intervention, Group A was given to mild moxibustion, Group B was given to microwave therapy, and Group C was given to mild moxibustion combining microwave therapy. Select TCM symptoms quantitative score, McGill Pain Scale and SF-36 health survey as evaluation criteria. Evaluate the treatments effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease on blood stasis. This test would be all the data entry SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis, and finally concluded.Results:1.Before the test, the score difference of four groups of patients with general information, TCM symptom quantitative score, McGill Pain Scale and SF-36 Health Survey score were not statistically significant (P>0.05).2.After the test, the score of the four groups of patients with TCM symptom quantitative, McGill pain scale were lower than the first four sets; SF-36 Health Survey scores were higher than the four groups of the former; their scores in each group before and after the test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3.After the test, the difference of TCM symptom quantitative score, McGill Pain Scale and SF-36 health survey score between Group A and B were not statistically significance (P>0.05), the score difference between Group C and Group A or B were statistically significant (P<0.05) after comparing;4.After the test four group effective rates were as follows Control Group was 76.7%, the Group A was 90%, Group B was 90%, Group C was 96.7%.The clinical efficiency differences between each test Group and the Control Group, were statistically significant (P<0.05); Group C and Group A, Group B test were statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the Group A and Group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of conventional treatment and care programs for patients of blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, we had made some care effects with mild moxibustion, microwave therapy and mild moxibustion combining microwave therapy;2.Single using mild moxibustion or microwave therapy for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory, the care effect was quite;3.Using the combined therapy comparing to a single microwave therapy or mild moxibustion on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with blood stasis, made symptoms more significant, significantly improved the quality of life, which was the best methods of care.
