| Objective: To observe the heat-damp and stasis type of chronic pelvic pain,which has treatmented by Shu Pen tang.Through statistical analysis,before and after treatment,one month after treatment,compared the VAS score,the change of TCM syndrome score.To explore the curative effect and mechanism action of Shu pen tang.Then,provide more effective health measures for chronic pelvic pain patients,promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine at the same time.Methods: This study selected 65 cases in accordance with the inclusion criteria.The cases were heat-damp and stasis type patients of with chronic pelvic pain.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group had 33 examples;the control group had 32 examples.For various factors,there were 4 cases,who suspend the experiment midway,2 cases of treatment group,and 2 cases of control group.The treatment group was done31 cases study,and the control group was done 30 cases study actually.Treatment group given the Chinese medicine retain enema of Shu pen tang.The Controlled group used Hong teng tang 'treatment.Both groups began to enema three days after menstruation,one times per day,after one week to before menstruation stoping,ten days for a period of treatment.Monitoring lasted three menstrual cycles.After the treatmentand one month after treatment,observed and compared the VAS score,the change of TCM syndrome score.The blood,urine routine,dung,liver and kidney function,ECGwere checked safety evaluation before and after treatment.SPSS17.0 was used for establishing database and statistical.All cases come from gynaecology outpatient of Rui Kang hospital,which is affiliated of Guangxi traditional Chinese medical university,which is the first-class levels of hospitally service dePartment).Results: 1 The two groups had no statistical significance of differences in ages,course of the disease,VAS score,marriage and TCM syndrome scores(P>0.05).2 The total effective rate of treatment group,treatmented by Shu Pen tang,was96.77%.the total effective rate of control group,treatmented by hong teng tang,was 93.33%,the total efficiency was equal,but the diference of the effect of grading was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The VAS scores decreased after treatment in both group,comparisons were statistically significant within group(P<0.05);After treatment and after one month treatment,the comparisons of the VAS scores were not statistically significant within group(P > 0.05);After treatment and after one month treatment,comparing the difference of the VAS scores,the difference was statistically significant within each group themselves(P<0.05).4 The TCM syndrome scores decreased after treatment in both group,comparisons were statistically significant within group(P<0.05);After treatment and after one month treatment,he comparisons of the TCM syndrome scores were not statistically significant within group(P>0.05);After treatment and after one month treatment,comparing the difference of the TCM syndrome scores,the difference was statistically significant within each group themselves(P<0.05).Two groups of patients in the clinical treatmen and after treatment have obvious adverse reaction,no obvious abnormal case of two groups was found in all safety index,such as blood,urine routine,dung,liver and kidney function,before and after treatment.Conclusion: The treatment method can reduce the pelvic pain degree of heat-damp and stasis type patients with chronic pelvic pain,and reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,is one of the effective methods to treat chronic pelvic pain.Treatment group were significantly better than the control group on Treatment of pelvic Pain VAS score and TCM syndrome score.The concentration of local drug by traditional Chinese medicine retain enema is highly,can improve the bioavailability of drug,no side effects obviously.The operation is simple and convenient,and patients is also easy to insist,the curative effect is distinct,it is worth promoting. |
