| Research purposesTo treat patients with CPP(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)caused by SPID through oral administration of Lichong decoction and Hongtengjian retention enema, observe the patient’s degree of pain before and after treatment, changes in clinical related symptoms, and situation before and after pelvic ultrasound to evaluate this kind of disease. Its purpose is to provide a safe and effective treatment method forthis disease, with high patient acceptance and good compliance. The research methodsA total of 68 patients with CPP(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)caused by SPID that meet the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group(the dual therapy of traditional Chinese medicine)which was treated with Lichong Decoction combined with Hongtengjian retention enema while the control group(Danhuang Quyu Capsule)which was only given Danhuang Quyu Capsules orally, with 34 cases in each group. One menstrual cycle was one course of treatment, and it needs 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. The scores of TCM syndromes,VAS scores, pelvic signs scores and pelvic ultrasound were recorded in detail before and after treatment, and the data were analyzed to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. And in the first month and the third month, effective patients were followed up to observe the long-term efficacy. The results of the study:1.Total curative effect:6 cases of 31 patients in the control group were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 8 0.6%;in the experimental group,2 cases of 33 patients were ineffective, with an overall effective rate of 93.9%.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,suggesting that the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine dual therapy is better than oral Danhuang Quyu Capsule.2.Comparison of TCM syndromes:there is no significant difference before treatment, which is comparable(P>0.05),and the differences within and between groups after treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05),Which shows that both can relieve the clinical symptoms, but thedouble therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is more effective.3.In terms of pelvic signs:there is no significant difference between the two groups before treatment, which is comparable(P>0.0 5).After treatment, both within and between groups are statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both can alleviate pelvic signs, but the experimental group has more advantages than the control group in pelvic signs.4.VAS score:Before treatment:the control group was 7.65±2.38,and the experimental group was 7.52±1.98;after treatment:the control group was 3.26±1.08,and theexperimental group was 2.55±0.83.VAS scores were reduced contrasted with before.Statistical analysis indicated that the difference has statistically significant(P=0.002<0.05).The results illustrate that the dual therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is more effective ineasing pain.5.Pelvic ultrasound:In the control group and the experimental group,18 and 20 patients had pelvic effusion respectively. In the control group,11 cases were effective, whose proportion of it were 61.1%,and in the experimental group,19 cases were effective, whose proportion of it were 95.0%.Comparison between groups,P=0.007<0.05,with statistical significance; There were 15 and 14 patientshad pelvic massesin the control group and the experimental group respectively. The total effective rates of the two groups were 66.7%and 92.9%.Comparison between groups,P=0.013<0.05,With statistical significance. In summary,it is concluded that the dual therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in shrinking pelvic mass and reducing the amount of pelvic fluid.6.In terms of recurrence rate:Follow-up 2 times,6 cases of recurrence in the control group whose proportion of it were 24.00%;2 cases of recurrence in the experimental group whose proportion of it were 6.46%,indicating that the experimental group has a good long-term effect. The research Conclusion:1.Oral Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine retention enema can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of patients who had CPP(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)caused by SPID.2.Oral Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema has a significant effect in shrinking pelvic mass and reducing the amount of pelvic fluid.3.The treatment of this disease with double therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life of patients and effectively reduce the recurrence rate.4.This method has good patient compliance, high curative effect and small side effects, and can be widely promoted in clinical practice. |
