Objective According to the clinical characteristics of chronic pelvic pain with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,on the basis of the internal treatment of the famous gynecological doctor prescription "Penyan Tongluo Prescription",the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is added to observe the improvement of SPID chronic pelvic pain The situation provides a clinical research basis for exploring the effective diagnosis and treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of SPID chronic pelvic pain.Methods60 patients with PID chronic pelvic pain of liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency and damp heat stasis type were randomly divided into two groups(57 cases were included in the final statistical analysis,30 cases in the observation group and 27 cases in the control group). The patients in the two groups were treated with penyantongluo prescription internally for two courses, and the patients in the observation group were treated with penyantongluo prescription internally for 8 days Enteric treatment.NRS and VRS were used to evaluate the patients’ pain before and after treatment, and to observe the comprehensive effect of patients’ TCM syndromes and local signs.Through sorting out the data,spss23.0 statistical software is used to process and analyze the data.Result1.Comparison of the curative effect of pelvic pain Compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in NRS and VRS scores between the two groups(P < 0.01);after treatment, there were significant differences in NRS and VRS scores(P < 0.05).The effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group.2.Comprehensive effect comparison The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90% and81.48% respectively, and the comprehensive effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P = 0.034 < 0.05).3.Comparison of main symptoms and curative effects Compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in lumbosacral pain of lower abdominal pain between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment, the lumbosacral pain scores of lower abdominal pain were 0.021 and 0.039,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results showed that the effect of the observation group on pelvic pain(lumbosacral pain)was better than that of the control group4.Comparison of the curative effects of various diseases Compared with before treatment: there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01)in the following aspects: abnormal under the belt, increased pain before and after sexual intercourse and menstruation, irritability, emotional depression, insomnia;there were statistically significant differences in the aspect of mental fatigue(P < 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the aspect of menstrual disorders(P > 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the difference was 0.893,0.760,0.778,0.969,0.439 for irregular menstruation, irritability, depression, fatigue and insomnia(P > 0.05).It shows that the effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group.5.Comparison of curative effect of local physical signs Compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in uterine activity and tenderness, thickening of adnexa and tenderness of mass and adnexa(P < 0.01),thickening of uterosacral ligament and tenderness(P < 0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in uterine motility and tenderness, thickening of uterosacral ligament and tenderness, thickening of adnexa and mass on one side(P >0.05),P = 0.040,P < 0.05).It shows that the effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group.6.Comparison of therapeutic effect of pelvic effusion Compared with before treatment, the pelvic effusion in the two groups was significantly reduced(P < 0.01);after treatment, the diameter of the dark area of pelvic effusion was P = 0.009;there was a significant difference(P < 0.01),indicating that the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in promoting the dissipation of pelvic effusion.Conclusion1.The traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Penyan Tongluo prescription orally and internally, and simple oral administration of Penyan Tongluo prescription can alleviate SPID chronic pelvic pain caused by liver stagnation, spleen deficiency, dampness, heat and stasis.Internal and external treatment can further improve the efficacy.2.Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Pengyan Tongluo prescription orally and internally,or simply Pengyan Tongluo prescription can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and local signs of chronic pelvic pain of liver depression, spleen deficiency, dampness, heat and stasis type.,Abnormal banding, sexual intercourse, and aggravation of pain before and after menstruation are superior to oral treatment with traditional Chinese medicine alone.3.Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Penyan Tongluo prescription orally and internally, and simple oral administration of Penyan Tongluo prescription can promote the dissipation of liver depression, spleen deficiency, dampness and heat stasis SPID chronic pelvic pain and pelvic effusion.
