Hypertension TCM Syndrome Type And The Related Factors And Pulse Wave Conduction Velocity Of Clinical Studies

Objective:to study the pulse wave conduction velocity(PWV) and the relationship of primary hypertension of traditional Chinese medicine, analysis of the influence of naked wave conduction velocity(PWV) influence factors, provides a theoretical basis for early prevention and treatment of high blood pressure.Methods:Select into standard 108 cases hypertension patients as the research object, the male 54 cases, female 54 cases, with an average age of 61, design registration form(see appendix) in patients with hypertension disease analysis PWV comparisons between different TCM syndrome types and the influencing factors of baPWV value.Results:(1)The higher the blood pressure rating, the faster the PWV value, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01),(2) simple correlation analysis suggests PWV and age, blood pressure and LDLC, in HDLC, TG, LPA, FIB, HCY,angiotensin 2 were positively correlated(P < 0.01),(3) the card type between the pulse wave conduction velocity values(PWV) comparison results: Yin and Yang are two virtual group > Yin hand > phlegm wet indicates sheng group > something Kang Cheng group,(4)High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC) in hypertension TCM syndrome types have statistical significance, Yin hand with liver Yang group, phlegmy wet indicates sheng group, Yin and Yang are two virtual groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:PWV can be found early with arterial elasticity decreased with high blood pressure and other patients with artery lesions, which can control and improve vascular lesions and improve patient quality of life, PWV and TCM syndrome types have certain correlation, a more scientific confirmed the classification of traditional Chinese medicine is scientific, for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis provides a good application prospect of traditional Chinese medicine.
