Clinical Research On Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation Of Hypertension And Blood Pressure Variability

Objective:Observed whether there is a correlation between the type of hypertensive patients with blood pressure variability and its TCM for Chinese medicine clinical treatment o: the disease, reduce the poor prognosis of hypertensive patients with blood pressure variability caused the incident in order to provide more effectivethe treatment basis.Methods:Selected from December2010to December2011. Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM outpatient and inpatient treatment.80cases of patients with essential hypertension, divided into Group Overabundant liver-fire、the Group Deficiency of both yin and yang n Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency and Group Phlegm dampness, each group consists of20cases. Simultaneous acquisition of blood biochemical parameters in patients with and24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring date recorded.Results:(1)The differences between the Group Overabundant liver-fire and the Group Deficiency of both yin and yang,24hMSBPCV, DMSBPCV, NMSBPCV, NMDBPCV do not have a statistically significant (P=0.05.0.063,0.29,0.171), but statistically significant differences in24hMDBPCV、DMDBPCV (P=0.001,0.006).(2) The differences between Group Overabundant liver-fire and Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency,24hMSBPCV, DMSBPCV, NMSBPCV are statistically significant (P=0.04,0.009.0.021), differences of24hMDBPCV, and DMDBPCV are statistically significant (P-0.598.0.475), while NMDBPCV was statistically significant (P=0.002).(3)The differences between Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency Group Overabundant liver-fire and Group Phlegm dampness of24hMSBPCV, DMSBPCV. NMSBPCV,24hMDBPCV. DMDBPCV and NMDBPCV.are statistically significant (P=0.012,0.021.0.001,0.004.0.003.0.017);(4) The differencese between Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency and Group Deficiency of both yin and yang the parameters of24hMSBPCV. DMSBPCV, NMSBPCV.24hMDBPCV and DMDBPCV are statistically significant (P=0.026,0.003.0.031,0.007.0.003); there is no significant differences on NMDBPCV (P=0.067).(5)The differences between the Group Deficiency of both yin and yang and Group Phlegm dampness parameters as241hMSBPCV, DMSBPCV, NMSBPCV,24hMDBPCV. DMDBPCV and NMDBPCV are according to statistical significance (P=0.002,0.005.0.04.0.012,0.008.0.029).(6)The differences between the Group Phlegm dampness and Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency parameters as24hMSBPCV. DMDBPCV and NMDBPCV are statistically significant (P=0.003,0.009,0.004,0.003.0.031,0.003).Conclusion: ①In the aspect of24hMDBPCV:Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency> Group Deficiency of both yin and yang> Group Phlegm dampness> Group Overabundant liver-fire.②In the aspect of DMSBPCV:Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency> Group Phlegm dampness> Group Overabundant liver-fire> Group Deficiency of both yin and yang.③In the aspect of NMSBPCV:Group Phlegm dampness> Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency> Group Overabundant liver-fire> Group Deficiency of both yin and yang.④In the aspect of24hMDBPCV:Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency> Group Deficiency of both yin and yang> Group Phlegm dampness,> Group Overabundant liver-fire.⑤In the aspect of DMDBPCV:Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency> Group Overabundant liver-fire> Group Deficiency of both yin and yang> Group Phlegm dampness.⑥In the aspect of NMDBPCV:Group Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency> Group Phlegm dampness> Group Deficiency of both yin and yang> Group Overabundant liver-fire.
