Clinical Research Of Quhanhuoluo Rheum In Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy (Wind-cold Obstructing Vessel Pattern)

Purpose:This research observes the clinical effect of Quhanhuoluo rheum in order to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (wind-cold obstructing vessel pattern), to further discuss the CSR pathology mechanism and the mechanism of Quhanhuoluo rheum.Method:60 patients of CSR were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group & control group). We applied Quhanhuoluo rheum to treat in treatment group,30 patients in control group were treated by Gentongping Jiaonang. We observed the Quhanhuoluo rheum sinfluence on the patients’total symptom and signs scores, main manifestations pain scores and the overall effect.Result:The results indicated:in the aspects of total symptom and signs scores, main manifestations pain scores, the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05); the treatment group showed that the total effectiveness was 93.33%. The control group was 80.00%, the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:Quhanhuoluo rheum is effective on treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and it is worthy to extensive.
