| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cervical vertebra tongluo capsule in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(cold and stasis obstructing collaterals),Explore the best dosage.Methods:The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of orthopaedics of traditional Chinese medicine clinic of 48 patients with CSR,will meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into high,medium and low dose treatment group and control group the observation group 3:1 the ratio of sample number to the treatment group and the control arrangements for 28 days,to observe and analyze the efficacy,evaluation of objectivity.Results:The treatment group in high dose group the total effective rate was 91.7%,the middle dose group the total effective rate was 81.8%,the low dose group of the total effective rate was 63.6%,control group total effective rate was 20%,the treatment group and the control group compared with the P<0.05 overall curative effect,through analysis of statistical software,there is obvious difference.Conclusion:1.The best dosage of cervical vertebra tongluo capsule in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(cold and stasis obstructing collaterals)is high dose,and the high,middle and low dose group has therapeutic effect.The high dose group is better than the middle and low dose group and the control group.2.In the improvement of numbness and NDI,the high dose group was obviously better than the middle and low dose group.3.In the improvement of pain,the high dose group had the same effect as the middle dose group,and the high and middle dose group were superior to the low dose group.4.In the improvement of Chinese medicine symptoms,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group,of which the high dose of the treatment group was high.the effect of the group was better than the middle and low dose group,and the improvement of the symptom in the middle dose group was better than that of the low dose group. |
