Clinical Research Of Curative Effect On Rheumatoid Arthritis With Cold And Dampness Syndromes Treated By Chuanqiangchubi Decoction

Objective: the purpose of this research is to observe sichuan qiang except the bi soup on the character was shown the polioplus partners(rheumatoid arthritis)and dampness bizu syndrome clinical efficacy and safety.Through standard syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,symptoms of quantitative classification standard,TCM syndrome curative effect judgment standard,DAS28,ACR evaluation method to objectively examine the clinical curative effect,also provide a basis for support in its effectiveness.Methods: all cases originate from changchun university of Chinese medicine research affiliated hospital of rheumatology outpatient and hospitalized patients,proposed in 72 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and dampness bizu card,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,adopt the method of randomized,controlled,divided into treatment and control group 2,including 36 cases treatment group and control group 36 cases.Foundation treatment,two groups are used to fluorine milt piece kay pharmaceutical co.,LTD.(suzhou changzheng-hin)1 times a day,every time 20 mg,add vinegar Finn acid chloride(xian haixin pharmaceutical co.,LTD.),1 times a day,0.1 g each time.Treatment group: sichuan qiang in addition to the certification of soup,each agent juice 300 ml,100 ml sooner or later,two points.Control group: the father of hemp slice(shanhaiguan qinhuangdao pharmaceutical co.,LTD.)3 times a day,0.9 g each time.Treatment for 14 consecutive days to 1 treatment course,watch a course of treatment.Record the condition of two groups of patients before and after treatment and related laboratory examination indexes.Results:1,the treatment group and control group after treatment,the number of joint pain,joint swelling count,joint tenderness,TCM syndrome integral,the ESR and CRP,DAS28 score is obviously improved compared to that before treatment(P < 0.05).2,before and after treatment,the treatment group in a number of joint pain,joint swelling count,joint tenderness,TCM syndrome integral,ESR,CRP,DAS28 score has improved significantly than control group(P < 0.05).3,the two groups after treatment,no significant improvement on the RF,CCP indexes(P > 0.05).4,evaluating ACR in the treatment group: ACR20 have 21 cases,ACR50 in 3 cases,ACR70 have 2 cases,effective rate was 72.22%.Control group: ACR20 in 14 cases,ACR50 have 1 case,ACR70 have 0 cases,effective rate was 41.67%.Efficient treatment group was obviously better than the control group,and there are significant differences,P = 0.020 < 0.05.Conclusion: the results indicate that sichuan qiang except the bi soup on the character was shown the polioplus partners(rheumatoid arthritis)and dampness bizu the clinical curative effect is distinct,and there was no adverse reaction and side effects.As for the character was shown bi(rheumatoid arthritis)and dampness bizu treatment a new formulas and programs.
