With Cold Juanbi Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (Cold Dampness Type) Clinical Study

Purpose: Through clinical randomized controlled trials,to observe the curative effect of self efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation scattered cold Juanbi Tang,validation of traditional Chinese medicine in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation safety and effectiveness,in order to further improve the clinical treatment.Method: Take the principle of randomized controlled the orthopaedics department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,60 cases of lumbar disc herniation(cold Bizu type)were randomly assigned to two groups treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Patients in the treatment group were treated with cold Juanbi Decoction and the control group was treated with bone Jindan capsules for treatment.2 groups of treatment were in 14 days.Result: According to "the standard of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine",the curative effect of the treatment group,the difference: 8 cases,can be: 18 cases,good: 24 cases,Excellent: 10 cases total effective rate: 87%.The efficacy of the control group,poor: 20 cases,18 cases,good: 22 cases,excellent: 0 cases,the total effective rate: 67%.And the two groups have obvious statistical difference,P < 0.05.Conclusion: Oral medicine decoction of self-made scattered cold Juanbi Tang clear clinical efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(cold Bizu type).
