The Clinical Observe Of Invigorating Kidney And Removing Dampness Soup Cooperate With Functional Training To Treatment The Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH) Of Cold-dampness

ObjectiveThrough the application of traditional Chinese soup of invigoratin g Kidney and removing dampness combined with functional training to treatment the umbar disc herniation(LDH),according to the VAS sc ore and JOA score evaluation,exploring the method's curative effect,therapeutic effect and possible mechanism.MethodsSelection 72 cases of the LDH from Chinese medicine hospital of henan province since the January 2016 to June 2016,which conform the diagnostic criteria of LDH,the standard of cold-dampness type a nd the staging criteria of AAOS type of ? or ?.Adopting the princi ple of random divided into the Observation group of 36 cases and the control group of 36cases.Observation group 36 cases,26 cases of m ale,female 10 cases;the age from 34 to 57(45.2±7.8)years,the durati on of the disease from 6 to 17.5 cases(12.6±2.9),the preoperatively of VAS score was 6.3±1.5 points,the preoperatively of JOA score was 13.8±3.7 points.The Control group of 36 cases,28 were male,female 8 cases;the age from 32 to 64(46.5±7.9)years;the duration of the diseas e from 6 to 16.8(12.5±2.9)months,AAOS stage,? stage of 5 cases,? stage of 31 cases,the preoperatively of VAS score was 6.0±1.4 po ints,the preoperatively of JOA score was 13.1±2.2 points.The comparis on between the two groups of age,sex,duration of the disease,stage of AAOS and the VAS and JOA score(P>0.05),there was no statistica lly significant.The Control group apply conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group apply in invigorating Kidney and removing dampness Soup,two groups were given the functional traini ng.By VAS score and JOA score evaluation curative effect after the tr eatment,Compare the the curative effect between two groups before an d after treatment,Relapse after 6 months.Result1.After four weeks of treatment,Observation group of the preoper atively of VAS score is 2.9± 1.2 points,the rate of reduce the pain is 94.4%;the control group of the preoperatively of VAS score is 3.1± 1.3 points,the rate of reduce the pain is 91.7%.The two groups after t reatment,the score of pain and the improvement of pain effect compari son,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;after 6 mon ths of the treatment,Observation group of the preoperatively of VAS s core is 3.0± 0.9 points,the rate of reduce the pain is 88.9%;the contro 1 group of the preoperatively of VAS score is 4.2± 1.1 points,the rat e of reduce the pain is 52.8%.The two groups after 6 months,the scor e of pain and the improvement of pain effect comparison,P<0.05.2.the patients of observation group has no obvious adverse drug re actions and allergies,diarrhea,skin infections and other complicationsin in the treatment,in the control team,5 cases have adverse reactions s uch as nausea,vomiting and diarrhea in the process of treatment,there is no other serious adverse drug reactions,compare the adverse drug reactions,observation group is better than the control group of the dr ug safety.3.After the treatment,The observation group of the preoperatively of JOA score is 23.2± 2.6 points,the control group of the preoperative 1y of JOA score is 21.1± 2.9 points.Compared with the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 6 months,The o bservation group of the preoperatively of JOA score is 22.2± 2.9 poin ts,the control group of the preoperatively of JOA score is 19.7± 3.2 p oints.Compared with the two groups,p<0.05,the difference was statisti cally significan.4.According to the evaluation of JOA score,after the treatment of 4 weeks,The observation group that optimal in 7 cases(19.4%),good 24 cases(66.7%),general 4 case(11.1%),and poor 1 cases(2.8%);The c ontrol group that optimal in 2 cases(5.6%),good 19 cases(52.8%),gen eral 13 cases(36.2%),poor 2 case(5.6%).The two groups of excellent-g ood rate was compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically signifi cant.6 months of Follow-up time,The observation group that optimal in 7 cases(19.4%),good 17 cases(47.2%),general 8 case(22.2%),and poor 4 cases(1.1%);The control group that optimal in 1 cases(2.8%),good 14 cases(38.9%),general 17 cases(47.2%),poor 4 case(11.1%).T he two groups of excellent-good rate was compared,P<0.05,the diffe rence was statistically significant.Conclusion1.The applications of conventional western medicine and invigora ting Kidney and removing dampness Soup are able to effectively relie ve waist pain and the symptoms of lower limbs,improve the function of the waist activities.The safety of treatment of the the soup of in vigorating Kidney and removing dampness is better than that of the c ontrol team.2.The treatment effect of the soup of invigorating Kidney and re moving dampness cooperate with functional training is better than app lication of clinical western medicine,and the former more advantages on VAS and JOA score evaluation,the former method can Reduce the probability of recurrence and have a good clinical value.3.The external use of the soup of invigorating Kidney and removi ng dampness can increase the strain of the waist muscle and the liga ment to delay the progress of muscle strain,reduce the pressure of th e lumbar disk,it also has a active significance To maintain the dyna mic stability of lumbar.
