Collect relevant data into the SPSS17.0 database, using SPSS17.0 for data analysis, mainly adopts descriptive analysis, variance analysis and other methods to obtain relevant data and information.Result1.Development situation of Harbin city community mental health services:128 communities in Harbin City,98.4% of the community mental health service staff,48.4% of the community has no fixed full-time community mental health service staff, community mental health departments in the proportion is not high,63.3% of the community mental health departments have no fixed.2.Community mental health service human resources structure:128 communities in Harbin City, the majority of the community has a mental health service personnel, individual community with two and more than two service personnel; mental health work experience with 5 years, a compilation of accounted for 66.4%; have the occupation qualification certificate to practice nurses mainly a psychological consultant certificate, accounting for 61.7%, only 6.3%, academic degree to undergraduate and specialist are, respectively, accounting-for 43.8%、36.7%; age to the number of 20 to 30 years old at most, accounted for 31.1%; the title to the junior title as much, accounted for 33.6%; professional background in nursing, accounting for 46.9%. Conclusion1.Harbin City 128 communities only part of the community have fixed full-time community mental health service staff, community mental health departments in the proportion is not high, most of the community mental health departments have no fixed.2. Harbin city community mental health staff in most clinical and nursing professional, only a small number of community psychology background, individual community workers have psychological consultant certificate, degree of culture is more balanced, majority can achieve the degree, age level in the 20 years to 30 years are. Some communities have part-time staff.3.128 community work personnel receive training in a short time, the content of the training most of the pre job training and lecture based, the lack of professional learning and practice of long-term system.4.for the service ability questionnaire shows, most of the staff can undertake community mental health service, service object to provide mental health education, organization of training seminars, nearly half of the community workers have the ability to identify schizophrenia, paranoid mental disorders, epilepsy mental disorder, mood disorder(with the exception of unipolar depression), mental development the hysteresis and psychiatric disorders, schizoaffective psychosis and other diseases, but the lack of provide interventions have mental problems of the service object, the features and the treatment of a variety of mental disorders are not familiar with.
