The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Severe Mental Disorder Rehabilitation In Community Mental Health Service In Guangzhou

Mental health is not only a major public health problem that affects China’s economic and social development,but also a livelihood issue that concerns the national economy and people’s livelihood.It is still a serious social problem at the present stage.The development of mental health services is closely related to people’s health and welfare,and is closely related to economic and social development.In recent years,China’s social and economic development is fast,industrialization,urbanization,marketization,aging population is accelerating trend,as well as work,life and social environment and other reasons,the prevalence of mental illness in China is increasing year by year.However,serious mental disorders often cause damage to people’s life and property and affect social stability.Therefore,it has become an important and urgent task for the current government to strengthen the treatment and rehabilitation,service and management of patients with serious mental disorders and to prevent the occurrence of accidents.At present,our country is further exploration of serious mental disorders community mental health services,to further to the treatment of patients with severe mental disorders,such as rehabilitation,prevention and control in the community,social resources continuously tilt to the community level,including the building extends to the community mental health service system,mental health personnel and financial support,community mental health service has been greatly developed.Through literature review,analysis of statistical data and investigation and research in Guangzhou,this paper aims to understand the current situation of community rehabilitation services for severe mental disorders in Guangzhou,analyze the problems and causes,and explore how to improve community rehabilitation services for patients with severe mental disorders in Guangzhou.In view of the existing problems,this paper discusses the allocation of mental health resources,the working mechanism of community rehabilitation services and the effectiveness of community rehabilitation services in Guangzhou.This study mainly draws the following conclusions: currently,the community rehabilitation service for severe mental disorders in Guangzhou is deficient in community service resources and standardized management level.The reasons are mainly the low popularization of mental health knowledge and the imperfect community rehabilitation service mechanism.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the following solutions: improve the community rehabilitation service mechanism,popularize mental health knowledge,standardize community rehabilitation service and establish the mechanism for patients to reintegrate into the society.
