Study On Construction Of Community Mental Health Services System

In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed to "strengthen the construction of the social psychological service system and cultivate a self-confident,rational,peaceful and positive social mentality".Community mental health services play an important role in improving residents' mental health,promoting harmonious family relations,and maintaining social security and stability.The construction of community mental health service system needs to be strengthened and improved urgently.Accurate understanding of community residents' demand for mental health services is an important basis for building a community mentalhealth service system.A comprehensive understanding of the current situation of community mental health service and its influencing factors is an important prerequisite for building a community mental health service system.Based on the research on the relationship between demand and service,this paper will put forward the construction scheme of community mental health service system in the development zone.In this paper,quantitative and qualitative research methods are combined to carry out 5 sub-research.In order to accurately grasp the mental health service needs of community residents in the development zone,a localized questionnaire on the mental health service needs of community residents in the development zone was compiled on the basis of literature research and interviews.In the second study,community residents in 9 communities of the development zone were selected as the objects of investigation,and self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate their basic demands for mental health services.In the third study,the status quo of community mental health services in the development zone was discussed by sorting out and analyzing relevant materials and interview materials of the social psychological service system in the development zone.Study 4 explored the influencing factors of community mental health service in the development zone through the qualitative analysis of the interview data based on the three-level coding of grounded theory.Based on the research on the relationship betweendemand and service,this paper puts forward the construction plan of community mental health service system in the development zone.(1)The development community mental health service demand questionnaire including specialized service demand,service content needs,psychological knowledge acquirement,seeking service factors,six factors in service demand and service demand,the questionnaire has good,reliability and validity of the whole fitting index is good,can be used in the actual measurement.(2)Community residents in the development zone have a strong demand for mental health services,and there are significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,age,education level,household registration and marital status.(3)Community mental health services in development zone had achieved certain results,but there were still some problems to be solved in terms of team construction,platform construction and service quality and so on.At present,community mental health services in the development zone were still far from meeting the growing demand of community residents for mental health services.(4)At present,the construction of Hangzhou economic and technological development community mental health service system is mainly affected by its target system,content system and security system.(5)Putting forward the construction plan of community mentalhealth service system for economic and technological development in Hangzhou.The goal system construction includes: setting long-term community mental health service goals and creating long-term social and mental health service cultural atmosphere;Security system construction includes: gradually formulate and improve relevant policies and regulations,gradually establish standardized community mental health service sites,and gradually establish professional personnel training mechanism;The construction of the content system includes: gradually establishing a diversified publicity and education service mechanism,gradually establishing a precise special service mechanism for special groups,and gradually establishing a service mechanism led by improving residents' mental health awareness.
