ObjectiveThe study regards medical staff from a tertary level first——class hospital in Zhengzhou city as the research object, to investigation the current sense of subjective well-being of hospital’s staffand the difference in the subjective well-being ofdifferent characteristics of the medical staff, combined with the actual situation in the analysis of the influence of mental health to subjective well-being, to discover the existing problems and the causes, and then put forward the countermeasures,to provide a theoretical basis for the hospital leadership to improve mental health and subjective sense of happiness of the medical staff.MethodsThe cluster random sampling method was used to extract the department and take a census of the way to questionnaire survey was conducted among 775 medical staff. Epidata3.0 software was used to build the database, SPSS21.0 software was used to statistical analysis. Compared with the two variables of the independent samples t test; Compared with a plurality of groups of variables of the single factor analysis of variance; The relationship between the each dimension of scale by partial correlation analysis; Through multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis to explore the influence of mental health to subjective well-being.Resultsl.The medical staff of subjective well-being of 72.10 ± 13.38;Medical staff SCL-90 scale of symptoms detection rate was 21.7%;2.The differences in subjective well-being was statistical significance(P<0.05) in different gender (t=2.220), age (F=3.284). educational background (F=10.097), professional title (F=6.438),post(t=4.610).departments(F-=6.845),seniority(F=3.725), the nature of the work(F=5.304),the average monthly income(F=4.683), the night shift frequcncy(F= 11.960) of the medical staff;3.Correlation analysis showed there was no correlation to worry and depression (r=-0.052,P>0.05),the other dimensions of mental health and subjective well-being dimensions were negatively correlated (P<0.05)4.Depression, somatization, hostility, shift frequency, departments have prediction effect on subjective well-being,it could explain the overall variable of 47.1%;5.Age, departments, somatization, forced symptoms, depression, hostile directly affect the subjective happiness sense,the path coefficient is0.089、-0.096、-0.616、-0.623、-0.639、-0.609; somatization, compulsion symptoms, depression, hostility through the Department of subjective well-being sense have an indirect impact, the path coefficient is-0.010、-0.007、-0.007、-0.007.Conclusion1.The average of the medical staff in the first--class hospitals was low, and the different demographic characteristics had the influence on the subjective well-being;2.The detection rate of mental health was low, and it was negatively correlated with subjective well-being, and it had a forecast function to the subjective well-being;3.Path analysis showed that the age, departments, somatization, forced symptoms, depression, and hostility directly affected the medical staffs subjective well-being; depression, somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms would have an indirect impace on medical staffs subjective well-being through the department.
