Objective: Because of the special nature of occupational health care, mentalpressure and work intensity greater than the average occupation. In recent years, themedical staff of health problems caused widespread concern. Many medical staffworking hours far exceeding the legal working hours, even in the event of suddendeath on the job have also occurred. Medical personnel is a special work groupresponsible for the majority of their people’s health escort task. Medical work has itsown work characteristics, but the medical staff emphasis on their own physical healthis not high on the medical staff of their own health systems research is also not much.In order to investigate the health status of the medical staff to analyze the factors thataffect their health, and provide scientific guidance to improve the physical conditionof the medical staff, and better improve the quality of medical services. In this paper,the results of physical examination of the medical staff of a city hospitals of asystematic investigation, and the factors affecting their health were summarized andanalyzed.Methods: According to the results of a comprehensive physical examinationtwice a tertiary level hospital in2009and2013on the hospital’s medical staff, theclassification statistics and analyzed retrospectively. Survey indicators including ageand gender, body mass index (BMI index), cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, endocrine system diseases; medical personnel to disseminate the Pittsburgh SleepQuality Index table, carried out a survey based on recycling, come sleep mass index;resulting data using SPSSl3.0software for statistical analysis, measurement data usingt test and analysis of variance, count data using chi-square test; the factors affectingthe health of health care workers correlation analysis, inspection standards for the α=0.05.Result: In the survey of2009and2013examination results of the medical staffscreened to remove a variety of reasons not fully or incomplete information in theexamination results, including the full year2009the number of1123copies ofmedical reports, medical reports full year2013digital1379copies. Which the numberof overweight people in2009to367(32.7%),2013year was447(32.4%); percentageof the number of obese people in2009to100(8.9%), the year2013was126(9.1%).In2009the overall incidence of hyperlipidemia was19.32%in2013, the annualincidence of hyperlipidemia total18.42%; prevalence of hypertension in all agegroups in2009and2013are at a high annual incidence level, respectively21.4%and18.9%, cardiovascular disease were detected before4hypertension, arrhythmia,coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis and other; blood pressure controlcompliance rate in2009and2013, respectively,46.7%and49.0%; endocrinehyperthyroid disease in2009four people, five people with hypothyroidism,subclinical hypothyroidism67people, abnormal ratio of6.77%in2013, five yearshyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism6people,71people with subclinicalhypothyroidism, abnormal proportion of5.95%; digestive diseases, the incidence offatty liver and the highest was15.67percent in2009, the year2013was17.19%;2013annual physical examination, the initial diagnosis of malignancy2: Direct diagnosisof kidney cancer by ultrasound one person, as carcinoembryonic antigen weresignificantly abnormal rise further diagnosed gastrointestinal cancer a person; twiceexamination, female workers in terms of gynecological diseases, the highest incidenceof breast hyperplasia, respectively,14.1%and15.3%in the year2013for the year2009; according to Sleep Disorders Rating Scale scores, poor sleep quality and sleepquality in general the proportion of55.9%in2009, the year2013amounted to57.3% of all health care workers in the poor quality of sleep, poor quality of sleep the nightshift frequency is high risk High staff, key departments, doctors and other groupswere80.00%,82.61%,26.06%.2013workers overall sleep quality compared to theyear2009showed a downward trend. In addition, the medical staff for theirknowledge and awareness of the illness is not high, the results of the medicalexamination report is not unusual attention, and even refused to contradict somediseases early treatment of hypertension control compliance rate is only slightlyhigher than the general population.Conclusion: Occupational specialty and work pressure on the health of certainfactors mental health medical staff had a negative impact to a certain extent, the healthstatus of medical personnel worrying, particularly cardiology, emergency departmentand intensive care unit and other departments, medical needs staff to improve theirown health importance and appropriate preventive measures, hospital administrativestaff also need to make appropriate adjustments to alleviate the clinical frontlinehealth care workers working pressure.
