Research On The Clinical Nurses Subjective Well Being Of A Third-level Grade A Hospital In Xinjiang

Objective： To investigate the present level of subjective well-being (SWB) of clinical nursing staff in athird-level grade A hospital of xin jiang, and provide scientific basis for effective management for thehospital management department to clinical nursing staff.Methods： The410clinical nursing staff were surveyed with the overall happiness scale revised by DuanJian-hua, the overall SWB was understanded and the influence of different departments、age、guard age、occupation、employment nature、itle、marital status、education、income nine demographic sociologicalvariables of clinical nursing staff were analyzed.Results： The average score of SWB was70.88±13.48,which compare with the national women norm（71±18）, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The nursing staff happiness overallscore of different age、guard age、position、title and different income was statistically significant. among thefactors in the comparison, different age nursing personnel sad or happy state of mind、the emotional orbehavioral control、relaxation and stress，the three factors’ score has statistical significance，the happinesslevel of21～30years old group was the lowest; Different guard age nursing personnel energy、sad orhappy mood、satisfaction and interests of life and emotional or behavioral control,this four factors’ scoredifference has statistical significance; Different position nursing personnel emotional or behavioral control,this factor has statistical significance; Different title nursing personnel health worry、emotional orbehavioral control, the two factor score has statistically significant; Different income nursing staff toemotional or behavioral control the factor score has statistically significant. Multiple linear regressionanalysis was carried out on the overall happiness influencing factors, according to the results, Only age hasan effect on general well-being.Conclusions： The study shows that the hospital clinical nursing staff SWB level was passable, age hasan effect on general well-being,and the happiness score of between21～30years old was the lowest.Therefore, the hospital managers should pay more attention to the nurses of21~30years old, mitigatetheir psychological burden, to facilitate improvement of the hospital nursing service quality.
