Clinical Research On The Tonifying Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cervial Vertigo

Objective:Comprehensive evaluation of two different treatment methods (acupuncture/oral flunarizine hydrochloride)on the effect of cervical vertigo cause by posterior circulation ischemia. Discuss the clinical validity and practicality of acupunctune therapy treating cervical vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia.Methods:70patients with qualified subjects were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment; Control group given flunarizine hydrochloride oral therapy. A period of treatment for14days, a total of two courses, the treatment of cervical vertigo symptom, function assessment scale and transcranial doppler, VAS and transcranial doppler for before treatment, treatment after a period of treatment, treatment after every score.Results:1. Compared with before treatment, of two symptom and function evaluation scale scores groups were be higher than before treatment (P<0.01), but the treatment group and control group comparison between no significant difference (P>0.05);2. After a period of treatment, compare clinical curative effect between the acupuncture treatment group and control group. Acupuncture treatment group’s total effective rate on clinical curative effect was82.86%, Control group’s total effective rate was57.14%. Two groups of curative effect comparison of curative effect difference were statistically significant (P<0.01). The result shows that after a period of treatment, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment group was obviously superior to drug therapy group. After all the treatment, acupuncture treatment group the total effective rate was94.29%, and drug control group the total effective rate was85.71%. Compare clinical curative effect between two groups, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). the result shows that the two groups’clinical curative effect were similar. But the acupuncture treatment group was fast effect and less adverse reactions than drug treatment group.Conclusion:The result shows that acupuncture therapy posterior circulation ischemia cervical vertigo was safe and effective, and the two groups’clinical curative effect were similar.But acupuncture treatment is green, curative effect quickly, without any adverse reactions, have a thorough knowledge of the clinical practicability.
