ObjectiveTo observe the selective spinal massage effect of the clinical rehabilitation of Hand Dysfunction after stroke, aims to explore a kind of economic security, better curative effect and shorter course of treatment and which is easily accepted by patients. Methods60 patients diagnosed with Hand Dysfunction after Stroke were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).The experimental group on the basis of the Based rehabilitation treatment adds with in selective spinal massage therapy while the control group only adopts the basic rehabilitation treatment. To score respectively before the curation and4 weeks,8weeks after the treatment of patients with upper limb Fugl- Meyer movement function score, daily life activities ability ADL(Barthel index) score, hand movement function score and analysis relevant data for statistical. Results1.Before treatment, the Daily life activities ability ADL(Barthel index) of experimental group score was 24.500±11.987, 4 weeks after treatment was 44.167±11.225,the score of 8 weeks was 59.167±11.070; Control group before treatment was 25.500±12.201, and the score was 35.833±11.528 after 4 weeks’ treatment while it was 51.333±11.517 after 8 weeks’ treatment. The two groups before treatment P was equal to0.750(P>0.05), there is no significant difference; 4 weeks after treatment P was equal to0.006(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.8 weeks after treatment P was equal to 0.009P(P<0.01),there difference was statistically significant.2.The upper limb Fugl-Meyer movement function score of the experimental group before treatment was 9.967±5.242, treatment of 4 weeks was 20.133±9.205, 30.067±10.709 of 8 weeks treatment, the total effective rate was 90%;Control group before therapy was10.033±5.176, treatment of 4 weeks was14.100±6.557, treatment of 8 weeks was22.133±8.553,the total effective rate was73.3%;The two groups before treatment the P was0.961(P>0.05), there was no significant difference; 4 weeks after treatment P was equal to0.005(P<0.01), the difference has statistically significant;8 weeks after treatment P was equal to 0.002(P<0.01),the difference has statistically significant.3.The hand movement function score by rank sum test, the two groups before treatment the P was0.672(P>0.05),Z=-0.423, there was no significant difference, can comparable;4 weeks after treatment P was 0.046(P<0.05),Z=-1.993, the different has significant; 8 weeks after treatment P was equal to 0.032(P<0.05),Z=-2.139, the difference has significant. The shows that the experimental group score improved significantly better than the control group. ConclusionBased rehabilitation treatment can improve the ability of the sick side of the hand movement and the living ability of stroke. using the rehabilitation treatment and selective spinal massage therapy at the same time, can make a better curative effect, shorter course, and strengthen the doctor-patient communication, in favor of the rehabilitation of the patients with body and soul. It is a worthy of sore adding to the public.
