Quality Of Life On Asthma In Chronic Persistent Treated By Acupuncture With Wen Yang Li Qi Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical score of life the influence to the quality and in patients with chronic bronchial asthma which were treated by Acupuncture with Wenyang Liqi.Methods Collected from January 2014 to January 2015 in xiamen, traditional Chinese acupuncture, ent, respiratory outpatient treatment of 60 cases of patients with chronic bronchial asthma, divide into 2 groups according to the principle of randomized, controlled, and control group 30 cases respectively, and the experimental group 30 cases.The treatment group were treated points (DU14, BL13, EX-B1,RN17,SJ6,PC5, ST36,KI3), Needle for 30 minutes or more. Treatment 15 times a month. A month for a course of treatment.The total course of treatment is three courses.The control group were treated by Seretide, a suction/ times, once in the morning and evening. three courses in total.Recorded the quality of life score and lung function assessment Before and at the end of treatment.The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS18.0 for windows, Comparison of effects.Results Efficacy:(1)Two groups controlled rate and efficient rate was not statistically(P> 0.05), tips they have the similar efficacy. (2)Compared with before two groups of the determination of lung function FEV1 were improved(P<0.05), But the comparison between the two groups was not statistically, tips Lung function in them were improved after treatment. (3) Quality of life within the group are:At the end of the treatment, two groups of the life quality score about symptoms part, activities part,impact part and the total score were better than before (P<0.05). (4) Quality of life between the two groups:At the end of the treatment, two groups of the life quality score about symptoms part, activities part are no statistically significant (P>0.05), The treatment group in the quality of life scores about impact part and the total score were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with chronic bronchial asthma which were treated by Acupuncture with Wenyang Liqi not only have the Significant effection, improve the lung function FEV1 and the quality of life, but also the evaluation of impact patients’quality of life were better than the control group.
