Objective: 1.To evaluate the significance of fractional exhaled nitric oxide(Fe NO) combine with ACT in the treatment of bronchial asthma.2.To explore the correlation between the medication adherence of bronchial asthma patients and their asthma control situation, thus to provide evidence for the prevention and control of bronchial asthma.Method:1.Sixty-one adult asthmatic patients that FeNO-leveled higher than 50 ppb without standard medication treatment were recruited. All patients were divided into 2 groups.Every patient was given Budesonide Fomoterol(160/4.5μg)for the best therapy according to 2014 GINA either relying on the guidance of FeNO and ACT or ACT only.Record the exacerbations every 3 months for 12 months. At the end of the study, cumulative rate of exacerbation 、FeNO and ACT were compared between two groups.2.Choose 79 adult patients with bronchial asthma that are diagnosed in our hospital from 2014.05-2015.02 as the research object. Using the asthma control test(ACT) scores and Medication Adherence Report Scale for Asthma(MARS-A)of patients in the investigation.Results:1.The FeNO-guided group has a lower cumulative rate of exacerbation than the ACT-guided group and a higher living quality.2.The rate of patients’ medication adherence is 50.63%.There is a significantly positive correlation between the condition of patients’ disease control with their compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Use of FeNO and ACT to guide anti-inflammatory treatment significantly reduced the cumulative rate of exacerbation and improved asthma symptom control.2.The medication adherence of patients and their condition of asthma control are closely related. A good medication adherence leads to a better living condition, thus it is of great significance to take some measures to promote patients’ medication adherence.
