The Curative Effect Observation Of Catgut Embedding In Points And The Research On Quality Of Life In Patients With Acute Bronchial Asthma

Bronchial asthma is a clinical common,frequently-occurring disease,the morbidity and mortality of which has been increasing year by year and it has always been a hot research in the medical world both at home and abroad in recent years.Not only can cause asthma patients with limited day-to-day activities but also it will result in patients with emotional,psychological and social damage,and many other features.There are serious impacts on quality of patients in life and serious threat to the patient' s health, besides,serious burden to families and social.Currently,modern medicine for the treatment of bronchial asthma is studied a great deal from the definition,epidemiology,etiology,pathology,severity of clinical symptoms and other aspects.At present,in the stage of acute episode of bronchial asthma,modern medicine is cardinal device,Traditional Chinese Medicine is minor device,Non-acute attack period and remission period dominated by traditional Chinese medicine.It regulates immune function on the patient' s body,and achieved better results.It has important clinical significance and social value to explore effectively increasing the quality of life in patients with asthma treatment.Objective The purpose of this study observes mainly effects of treating patients with acute bronchial asthma with two kinds of methods:point buring chords(therapeutic group)and simple therapy(control group),And observes quality of Life of embedded thread therapy on Patients with acute bronchial asthma,comprehensively evaluate clinical efficacy of Embedding method and explore this clinical replicability.Method In this study,according to diagnostic criteria,staging criteria and standards sub-condition that Respiratory Medicine Branch Asthma Group Institute of Medicine of China respiration in 2003 introduced "Prevention and Curing Companion of bronchial asthma",we shall choose the patients consistent with standards in the out-patient clinic and hospital room of department of acupuncture and moxibustion,hospital room of respiration of The First Hospital affiliated Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and The second Hospital affiliated Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in the periods of February,2008 and April,2009.We shall divide these groups into two groups:therapeutic group in that there are 31 patients and control group in that there are 31 patients.Foundation curing:Slow-release Theopylline(Aminophylline Sustained-release Tablets,produced by Guangdong Mai Teyi Xinghua Drug Limited Company) direction:0.1,oral application,twice (mane and vesper),six weeks.Therapeutic method:On the basis of foundation curing,we choose Feishu,Zhongfu point;Pishu,Zhangmen;Shenshu Jingmen,a group per time,three groups traded-off,per time one weeks,twice one course of treatment.Control group only used foundation curing.During therapy,any other Chinese and Western medicines besides above-mentioned foundation curing can not be permitted used among the two groups.After three courses of treatment,we shall observe the curative effects and use Lung function index, symptoms,signs and quality of life AQLQ,the situation of SF-36 scores, to evaluate curative effects before and after treatment.By SPSS statistics software,we shall undertake statistical analysis,then make the results undertake group comparison and inner group comparison.Results The two groups both have better performance in lung function improvement,curative effect and quality of life scores.The near curative effect of therapeutic group,the all efficients is 93.5%,control group is 83.9%.On pulmonary function indicatrix(FEV1),therapeutic group surpasses control group(p＜0.05);Evaluation of quality of life suggest that improving situation of AQLQ five aspects and SF-36 eight dimensions of treatment group both surpasses control group furthermore(p＜0.05),which further confirmed that the treatment of bronchial asthma Catgut Implantation have good effects.Conclusion Embedding with Shu and Front-Mu point combination primary care on patients with asthma can not only enhance the clinical control rate, efficiency and improve lung function,and there have been noticeable improvements in the quality of life in patients with asthma,which indicate Catgut Implantation treatment bronchial asthma both have good effects not only in the clinical curative effect but also in quality of life score,been promoted in clinical practice.
